M	Maria Weis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Anlage Einziges Manko die Öffnungszeiten des pools..... 10-13 Uhr und dann wieder von16 - 20 Uhr.... Gerade in der mittagshitze am Pool chillen ist nicht. Und abends die schöne poolbeleuchtung genießen auch nicht. Schade. Sonst eine guter fussmarsch zur City und zum Strand.... Ca 10 min laufen. War für uns ok Nice facility The only drawback is the opening times of the pool ... 10 am-1pm and then again from 4pm to 8pm .... Chilling out by the pool in the midday heat is not an option. And don't enjoy the beautiful pool lighting in the evening either. Too bad. Otherwise a good walk to the city and the beach ... About 10 minutes walk. It was ok for us
S	Sandra Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in über Agentur in der Stadt eine Katastrophe..man muss eine Nr. ziehen und wir haben nach mehr als 10 h Fahrt noch über 2 h mit Kindern dort warten müssen. Die Anlage selbst ist o.k., Ausstattung minderwertig und Zimmer sehr klein, für 3 Sterne aber tragbar. Die Poolöffnungszeiten waren für und sehr nervig..früh und abends zu, mittags bis 16:30 Uhr ebenfalls geschlossen.. Täglich mehrmals Stromausfälle, die man selbst im Sicherungskasten am Eingang der Anlage beheben musste..1 Klimagerät und die Spülmaschine reichten bereits zur Überlastung.. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben wir selbst mitgebracht, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben sonst nur gegen Aufpreis. Die Lage ist gut..bis in die Stadt und zum Strand problemlos per Fuß zu erlaufen. Check in via agency in the city a disaster .. you have to pull a number and after more than 10 hours of driving we had to wait over 2 hours with children there. The complex itself is okay, the equipment is inferior and the room is very small, but affordable for 3 stars. The pool opening times were very annoying for us ... closed early and in the evening, also closed for lunch until 4:30 p.m. Power failures several times a day, which you had to fix yourself in the fuse box at the entrance to the system .. 1 air conditioner and the dishwasher were already enough to overload .. We brought our own bed linen and towels, as stated in the description, otherwise only at an additional cost. The location is good ... to the city and the beach without any problems by foot.
J	Jasmina Schmotz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ App. unsauber angetroffen. Keinen Schlüssel beim Check in erhalten und diesem dann hinterherlaufen müssen. Keine Bettbezüge. Die Sicherung musste ständig an der Pforte wieder aktiviert werden da diese schon allein durch das Laden der Zahnbürste rausflog. der Pool wird ab 1300bis1530 abgesperrt. Kein Zugang mehr. Auch nicht zum sonnen. Nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur wurde es von dieser dann erlaubt. Trotzdem wurden wir erneut vom staff des Platzes verwiesen incl Anruf der Agentur uns von dort zu entfernen sowie die Androhung dass die Polizei gerufen wird. Ein absoluter Horror diese Anlage!!!! App. found unclean. Did not receive a key at check-in and then have to run after it. No duvet covers. The safety device had to be reactivated at the gate as it was blown out just by loading the toothbrush. the pool will be closed from 1300 to 1530. No more access. Not even for sunbathing. After consulting the agency, it was then allowed. Nevertheless, we were again referred by the staff of the place including a call to the agency to remove us from there and the threat that the police would be called. An absolute horror this system !!
I	IzDa theRealAndOnly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also Punkt für Punkt : 1. Haus - Räumlichkeiten groß genug , ein paar kleinere Mängel (abgewohnt) , das Bad ist wirklich ekelhaft . Die Kloschüssel ist von der Abnutzung her sicher 10 Jahre alt , Unterseite ist auch der Dreck der letzten Jahre dran . Hygiene ist im ganzen Haus nicht vorhanden , obwohl es angeblich gereinigt wurde !!! Eigene Bettwäsche ist auch zu empfehlen, ausser man will mit den Flecken der vorherigen Bewohner kuscheln !!! Küche hat das nötigste außer einen Kühlschrank der richtig kühlt .Terrasse mit Kamingrill ist absolut ausreichend und gut . 2. Pool - kleines Kinderbecken und mittleres Erwachsenenbecken , Wasser ist sauber ! Aber kaum gechlort ! So point by point: 1st house - rooms big enough, a few minor flaws (shabby), the bathroom is really disgusting. The toilet bowl is probably 10 years old in terms of wear and tear, the bottom is also the dirt of the last few years. Hygiene is not available in the whole house, although it was supposedly cleaned! Own bed linen is also recommended, unless you want to cuddle with the stains of the previous residents! The kitchen has the most necessary except for a refrigerator that cools properly. The terrace with a fireplace grill is absolutely sufficient and good. 2. Pool - small children's pool and medium adult pool, water is clean! But hardly chlorinated!

Bus navetta o passeggiata per andare in spiaggia. Ottima la privacy si entra solo con tessera magnetica come le camere d'albergo Excellent structure with 74 apartments, very large garage, splendid swimming pool with solarium and shaded area with hydromassage. Shuttle bus or walk to the beach. Excellent privacy is entered only with a magnetic card like hotel rooms
