Non mi ero mai rivolto ad un negozio di biciclette, avendo acquistato accessori e bici quasi sempre sul web, ma mi sono dovuto ricredere, ho trovato in loro una professionalità e cordialità da riferimento, acquistata una bici da corsa in condizioni perfette e con componenti di ottimo livello, ad un prezzo più che onesto, ma con un servizio post-vendita che ha fatto veramente la differenza! Da ora avrà un cliente fidelizzato in più! A discovery! Grandi commercianti!! Non avevo avuto una grande impressione ma ho dato una seconda chance, intenzionato, oltretutto, nell'acquisto di una bici disponibile (375 euro, più borse e seggiolino per baby)... grandi ??? Comunque li ringrazio per avermi dato l'opportunità di conoscere un altro rivenditore che mi ha accolto con educazione, gentilezza e professionalità, qualità che non ho riscontrato da Eusebi cicli. Per la cronaca ho acquistato una bella citybike da 390 euro. La professionalità non è acqua. Last but not least mi permetto un consiglio. Sorridete o almeno provateci!! For the second time I went to buy a bike (370 euros) and they didn't give me any consideration, only interested in customers, apparently more usual, without respecting the shift in the queue. Great traders !! I hadn't had a great impression but I gave a second chance, intent, moreover, in the purchase of an available bike (375 euros, plus bags and baby seat) ... great ??? Anyway I thank them for giving me the opportunity to meet another dealer who welcomed me with education, kindness and professionalism, qualities that I have not found from Eusebi cycles. For the record, I purchased a nice city bike from 390 euros. Professionalism is not water. Last but not least I allow myself some advice. Smile or at least try it !!
V	Viola F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disonesti Sono andata lì per cambiare la ruota buca, gli ho lasciato la bici, mi hanno detto che hanno cambiato la ruota e mi hanno fatto pagare. Neanche il tempo si arrivare a casa la ruota era completamente a terra. Il taglio sulla ruota c'era ancora, neanche a dire che non si vedeva , l'hanno solo gonfiata e hanno comunque preso i soldi nonostante se passi lì davanti c'è la pompa del negozio dove puoi fermarti a gonfiare la bici gratuitamente. Dishonest I went there to change the flat wheel, I left them the bike, they told me they changed the wheel and they made me pay. Not even the time to get home was the wheel completely on the ground. The cut on the wheel was still there, not even to say that it was not visible, they just inflated it and still took the money even if you pass by there is the shop pump where you can stop to inflate the bike for free.

Gli è stato risposto che quella bici è da mercatone e che lui non vende pezzi per biciclette del genere. Beh la bici non sarà neanche una gran bici ma il valore è molto più alto. Gli è stata regalata dal nonno che ora non c’è più. Mai più ?? My son went yesterday to ask for info and maybe buy a new seat. And a bike bag. He was told that that bike is on the market and that he doesn't sell parts for such bicycles. Well the bike won't be a great bike either but the value is much higher. It was given to him by his grandfather who is no longer there. Never again ??
