★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una bici nuova da Simone a settembre, ma la mia esperienza non è da considerarsi positiva. Partendo dalla taglia della bici che per le mie misure è piccola, inutile guardare le indicazioni riportate sul sito (come avrei potuto fare da solo), a volte l'esperienza del venditore ti deve guidare nella direzione giusta. Nel suo caso la direzione non era quella corretta. Per adattare la taglia M alle mie misure ha dovuto mettere una pipetta lunghissima e la sella è completamente arretrata.
Ora parliamo della parte meccanica: le uniche modifiche che ho richiesto sulla bici hanno sempre dato problemi (telescopico e tubeless), fino al momento in cui ho deciso di portare la bici da un altro meccanico.
Sarò stato sfortunato? Non lo so, però una cosa è certa, non tornerò più da lui.
Ho dato 2 stelle e non una sola, perché in questo periodo dove le bici scarseggiano da lui si possono trovare. Quindi bravo a fare gli ordini in tempo, ma per il resto pessimo. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
I bought a new bike from Simone in September, but my experience is not to be considered positive. Starting from the size of the bike which for my measurements is small, it is useless to look at the instructions on the site (as I could have done by myself), sometimes the seller's experience must guide you in the right direction. In his case, the direction was not the correct one. To adapt the size M to my measurements he had to put a very long hosel and the saddle is completely back.
Now let's talk about the mechanical part: the only changes I requested on the bike have always given problems (telescopic and tubeless), until the moment I decided to take the bike to another mechanic.
Will I have been unlucky? I don't know, but one thing is certain, I will never go back to him.
I gave 2 stars and not a single one, because in this period where bikes are scarce from him they can be found. So good at making orders on time, but otherwise bad. NOT RECOMMENDED

Dove dopo qualche piccola correzione pipetta sella ecc mi trovo benissimo.
Purtroppo ho avuto problemi con i raggi che si rompevano spesso...dopo un consulto ha deciso di mandarli in garanzia, nonostante la casa madre ha risposto pikke...IO HA SETTEMBRE 2020 MI SONO RITROVATO I CERCHI NUOVI.
Professionale, marchi top anche per MTB.

Where after a few small corrections, saddle pipette etc. I am fine.
