Ma questo è il meno! Dopo neanche 3 mesi si sono staccate le gomme al pedale sinistro. Vado in rivendita e mi viene detto che il pedale non rientra nella garanzia, dato che è organo di usura. Mi dice che con la scarpa in pedalata si possono rompere, io rispondo facendo presente che è una city bike e pedalando con infradito non è possibile che dopo così poco tempo si stacchi la gomma, non faccio agonismo con una city bike! In controrisposta mi dice che non spende 15€ per rimettermi il pedale nuovo! Concludo con la delusione di una pessima qualità di Atala ma un servizio rivenditore ancora peggiore! Very bad! Unico neo i prezzi un po' alti, bisogna trattare sia sugli acquisti che sulle riparazioni. Buono Good store and excellent professionalism on the part of the owners. Good choice of bikes with wide availability in technical explanations. The only drawback is that the prices are a bit high, you have to deal with both purchases and repairs. Good

Non riuscivamo a capire perché mio figlio bucava in continuazione ,portata tutte le volte a ripararla qui e dicevano che era tutta colpa di mio figlio xke saltava e prendeva i gradini ....ogni volta erano 10/20€ ,a quest'ora gli avevo rifatto la bici nuova !!! Portata da un'altro meccanico e abbiamo finalmente scoperto che aveva un difetto ! Tra l'altro ,ci tengo a precisare ,che il dipendente , fatto presente dell'accaduto e fatto vedere la il pezzo sostituito, non mi ha fatto nemmeno parlare , e mi ha detto che non ci avrebbe più messo le mani in quella bici! SCONSIGLIO!!!!!! Very bad shop ..... they gave my son a bike bought in this shop ... besides having paid a lot, not even the guarantee!
