ho mio malgrado, usufruito di questo venditore attraverso la piattaforma AMAZON.
Assistenza post vendita inaffidabile, ho rispedito in garanzia un prodotto a MIE SPESE, mi è stato restituito dopo mesi a MIE SPESE con parti mancanti e la cosa più paradossale con lo stesso IDENTICO MALFUNZIONAMENTO, non ho parole...
Sicuramente successivamente a questa mia recensione darà una risposta, a modo suo, scaricando tutte le colpe al.cliente per poi manifestare "nonostante tutto" piena disponibilità verso il cliente, mentre invece al telefono è il netto contrario, SCORTESE e POCO EDUCATO.
AGGIORNAMENTO
Dopo mesi di esasperazione mi trovo costretto a contattare direttamente il produttore GUZZINI che, tempestivamente e direi sorpreso per il comportamento del venditore ha provveduto ad inviarmi gratuitamente un nuovo orologio.
Venditore SCORTESE, POCO EDUCATO E ZERO DISPONIBILITÀ.

Desiderando la consegna all'Argentario ( Toscana sud ) avevo qualche perplessita' ad ordinare un tale oggetto con consegna da tanto lontano come Sciacca in Sicilia, invece ho potuto rilevare con piacere un servizio di consegna veloce e puntuale ed un'assistenza al buon fine della spedizione etc. estremamente efficiente con il coinvolgimento inusuale
del titolare in prima persona .Complimenti !
