★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has an excellent location and the architecture is superb it is built into the cliff face. Rooms dated but I liked the slightly retro style and the wooden accents. Steep work up to the centre which is hard in the humidity. Staff member on check in was abrasive, not welcoming. Also staff at the pool bar were extremely rude. The pool attendant however was excellent . Friendly helpful and keeps the pool area brilliantly. Pool superb.saw other hotels and would say this is the best and glad we stayed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a lovely holiday here! Been here 4 days so far. Fabulous rooms and views!! The pool is wonderful with absolutely amazing pool guys. Always seem to find you a bed and umbrella. Great tennis club next door too. Def recommend! Fantastic location. Didn’t have breakfast included but easy to get croissants in town. Wonderful place!

Cons: third bed is not a bed. For 140€ per night i would have expected a decent sofa bed, instead it was a piece of wood from the 70s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very central. All covid laws are applied. We had excellent room service. Breakfast, we had very fresh selection of food, fruit, croissants etc. Besides, by the pool Giovanni was extremely helpful and professional, always ready to help and be of immediate assistance, above all each morning he cleans thorough all sun beds, and keeps everywhere very clean. I highly recommend this hotel, spectacular views and very central.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a great location, lots of space with beautiful views and a good staff at the front desk. This is where the good ends. On arrival the mini fridge is broken, no problem they replaced it. Then the flower beds they have out on the balconies began to leak lots of water at the entrance of the balcony continuously. I told tell and sent pictures. I had to state that I would continue to document to prove otherwise. They sent someone to fix the problem. They sent a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconveniences. It was appreciated. However, my biggest complaint comes from housekeeping. One day it was after 3pm before they came, ok I get it everyone is short staffed. Cups, coffee and other items were not replaced after being used. Then cups started to smell weird because they were being wiped not exchanged for new fresh ones. Who knows what else was wiped with that rag before wiping the cups. Other items from the previous stay was found in the bathroom on our arrival. This leads me to say that from a cleanliness and safety stand point the hotel is sub par. When we return to Taormina we can NOT stay here again. They have a long way to go with meeting the standard cleanliness that is expected when you pay prices like this for a hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities and friendly receptionists. The sea view is magnificent, just imagine how beautiful it is to be wakened by the sound of the waves in the morning. ? the only flaw might be the sound isolation of the wall, you can hear people talking next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location is great, the view from the room was breathtaking. the size of it like a small flat with a walk in closet and living room beside the bedroom. electeic plugs everywhere?. terrace big. good sized bathroom with jacuzzi tab and separate shower.
very decent buffet breakfast.
staff kind and helpful.
only negs (not a deal breaker at all) are furniture is not modern and no hotel parking with access to it being a super steep narrow road, u d better have efficient car breaks and good skills on drive climbing that ?.
