★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo supermercato di qualità, ma sono deluso per mancanza di rispetto per una persona sorda come me....con la mascherina mi parla la cassiera ma le dicevo che sono sordo e non comprendo e scuote il capo come se fossi un problema...non credo che metterò più piede li...per me è stato umiliante quando in altre parti ce rispetto come avviene alla conad che automaticamente capiscono e fanno la loro parte per farsi comprendere e farò esposto all'Ens per questa problematica. Spero che possiate sensibilizzare i vostri dipendenti nei confronti della disabilità esempio con una mascherina trasparente per leggere le labiali. Come sempre sopporto e perdono capisco anche l'ignoranza verso le necessità della disabilità....spero i responsabili riflettano su questo. Saluti.
 Excellent quality supermarket, but I am disappointed for lack of respect for a deaf person like me .... with the mask the cashier talks to me but I told her that I am deaf and do not understand and shakes her head as if I were a problem ... I do not think I will set foot there again ... for me it was humiliating when in other parts I respect as happens to the conad that automatically understand and do their part to be understood and I will be exposed to the EN for this problem. I hope you can raise awareness among your employees of disability for example with a transparent lip-reading mask. As always, I tolerate and forgive, I also understand ignorance of the needs of disability .... I hope those responsible reflect on this. Greetings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza clienti. In data 3 marzo 2021 mio padre è stato derubato da un altro cliente, all'interno di questo punto vendita, di un prodotto appena acquistato (non ancora riposto nel sacchetto, ma ancora in cassa) mentre impegnato nel pagamento.
L'accaduto è stato riferito al direttore del punto vendita, il quale ha affermato che ciò non fosse sua responsabilità dal momento che mio padre si trovasse già dall'altra parte della cassa. Il suddetto, inoltre, ha affermato che non potesse di certo pagare di tasca sua il prodotto (del valore di poco meno di 5€!) di cui mio padre era appena stato derubato. Quindi, piuttosto che omaggiare un cliente deluso e amareggiato con un prodotto sostitutivo, ha preferito non fare assolutamente nulla e mandare a casa mio padre senza il prodotto che aveva pagato.
Il direttore, certo, non ha alcuna responsabilità diretta su ciò che è accaduto, non è stato lui a compiere il furto, ma l'illecito è avvenuto nel suo punto vendita, in mancanza di un vigilante, a un suo cliente (abituale per giunta!).
Si dice che il cliente abbia (quasi) sempre ragione, beh sicuramente non secondo il direttore di Eurospar Termini Imerese.
Bad customer support. On March 3, 2021, my father was robbed by another customer, inside this store, of a product he had just purchased (not yet placed in the bag, but still in checkout) while he was paying.
The incident was reported to the store manager, who said that this was not his responsibility since my father was already on the other side of the cashier. The aforementioned also stated that he certainly could not pay out of his own pocket for the product (worth just under € 5!) Of which my father had just been robbed. So rather than paying homage to a disappointed and embittered customer with a replacement product, he preferred to do absolutely nothing and send my father home without the product he paid for.
The manager, of course, has no direct responsibility for what happened, it was not he who carried out the theft, but the crime occurred in his store, in the absence of a vigilante, to one of his customers (habitual moreover !).
It is said that the customer is (almost) always right, well definitely not according to the director of Eurospar Termini Imerese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buono l'assortimento anche se i prezzi sono un po' sopra la norma. Nel complesso sufficiente il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Esercizio molto ben sistemato, pulito e fornitissimo. Personale molto disponibile, gentile. Consigliatissimo e nient'altro da aggiungere.
Credo che in questo periodo l'aumento dei prezzi sia un po' generalizzato quindi è probabile che in questo esercizio go aumenti si "sentono" di più
The assortment is good even if the prices are a little above the norm. Overall, the quality / price ratio is sufficient. Very well organized, clean and well-stocked exercise. Staff very helpful, polite. Highly recommended and nothing else to add.
I think that in this period the increase in prices is a bit generalized so it is probable that in this year go increases are "felt" more

Noni liked this supermarket. Products on offer .... not received, ham on offer, nonexistent, they offer you something else, clearly with full prices. Confusing, arranged at least worst. No, I don't recommend

Avrei messo anche 5 stelle, se il cliente non sia costretto ad una fila estenuante alle casse, purtroppo, ridotte ai minimi nonostante il numero cospicuo di carrelli pieni alle casse.
Welcoming and well-stocked place.
I would have even put 5 stars, if the customer is not forced to an exhausting queue at the checkouts, unfortunately, reduced to a minimum despite the large number of full trolleys at the checkouts.
