Ho chiesto una seconda volta se fosse disponibile tramite whatsapp e mi è stato confermato. Mi sono recata nel punto vendita e mi è stato detto che il telefono è in attesa di finanziamento per un altro cliente e quindi non disponibile. Poco professionali.
Bad service. I called the store to ask if a telephone was available before I went to the store. I asked a second time if it was available via whatsapp and it was confirmed to me. I went to the store and was told that the phone is awaiting financing for another customer and therefore unavailable. Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovi tutto quello che serve in casa e per lavorare professionalmente. Con l'aggiunta di Kasanova, ha arricchito l'offerta al pubblico. E poi, dal momento che già da qualche anno Cascino fa parte della catena Expert, è chiaramente una garanzia per la clientela. Piccolo appunto per i prezzi che sembrano leggermente gonfiati quando ci sono le offerte. Quasi tutto il personale è gentile e disponibile.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto veramente deluso e amareggiato dopo che avendo consultato il volantino delle offerte CASCINO EXPERT ho lasciato un acconto di 100 euro per un asciugatrice in offerta (prezzo 559 euro) giorno 11 gennaio 2022. Oggi sono andato a ritirare l'asciugatrice, e nel reparto dedicato mi sono accorto che lo stesso articolo costa 434 euro, praticamente 125 euro in meno allorché ho chiesto alla commessa di disdire l'articolo precedente per acquistare lo stesso con il prezzo più basso ma non è stato possibile per disposizioni interne, anzi se non la compravo avrei perso i 100 euro di acconto. La mia esperienza in questo negozio è anche l'ultima. A voi un giudizio.
I was really disappointed and embittered after having consulted the flyer of the CASCINO EXPERT offers I left a deposit of 100 euros for a dryer on offer (price 559 euros) on 11 January 2022. Today I went to collect the dryer, and in the department I realized that the same item costs 434 euros, practically 125 euros less when I asked the order to cancel the previous item to buy the same item with the lowest price but it was not possible due to internal provisions, indeed if not the I bought I would have lost the 100 euro deposit.
