Dopo oltre un anno sono riuscito a far registrare il passaggio di proprietà!Una precisazione :La diffida è stata fatta al PRA. Non ho sbagliato agenzia, ma dopo ripetuti solleciti il mio avvocato mi ha suggerito di procedere direttamente contro il PRA bypassando l'agenzia di pratiche auto. Ecco perché non avete ricevuto nessuna diffida!
Available initially for the practice of a change of ownership. They washed their hands of it and I had to go to a lawyer. After more than a year I managed to get the transfer of ownership registered! A clarification: The warning was given to the PRA. I was not the wrong agency, but after repeated reminders my lawyer suggested that I proceed directly against the PRA by bypassing the car file agency. That's why you haven't received any notice!

Da noicompriamoauto.it siamo stati inviati a questa agenzia per il passaggio di proprietà avendo venduto 1auto. Hanno voluto il pagamento del bollo auto, legislazione è poco chiara, alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, da 2 impiegate senza mascherina, di cui una con tosse stizzosa, ci siamo sorbettati una diatriba con noicompriamoauto, un post-it rosa fluo appiccicato sulle carte dicendo "chiamate voi il centralino a Milano.."
Alla mia richiesta di indossare le mascherine sono stata scortesemente invitata ad uscire dal negozio perché venditore era mio marito (negozio vuoto)
Mancanza totale di intermediazione e di empatia, nonostante le 2 donne stessero svolgendo il lavoro, non certo per beneficienza.
Un girone dantesco infernale, pos non funzionante, con tanta maleducazione ci hanno fatto fare passaggio di proprietà in 1 ora e mezzo.
Noi siamo stati costretti, voi scegliete un'altra agenzia

From noicompriamoauto.it we have been sent to this agency for the change of ownership having sold 1 car. They wanted the payment of the car tax, legislation is unclear, at our request for explanations, from 2 office workers without a mask, one of which with an angry cough, we had a diatribe with us, we buy a car, a fluorescent pink post-it stuck on the cards saying "You call the switchboard in Milan .."
At my request to wear masks I was rudely invited to leave the shop because the seller was my husband (shop empty)
Total lack of intermediation and empathy, despite the 2 women doing the work, certainly not for charity.
An infernal Dante's circle, possibly not working, with such rudeness they made us make the change of ownership in 1 hour and a half.
We have been forced, you choose another agency
