A metà aprile 2021 ho fatto il passaggio di proprietà e appena oggi, 3 dicembre, hanno scoperto che il libretto di circolazione era stampabile.
Per tutto l'anno, ogni volta che passavo o chiamavo una signora con voce meliflua mi rassicurava che mi avrebbero chiamato appena sarà arrivato. Fatto sta che volendo fare la revisione auto, come previsto, non potevo farla perché mancava il documento.
Ho telefonato e un signore mi rispose dicendo che "potevano chiamarmi", non che mi avrebbero chiamato.
Personalmente ho avuto una pessima esperienza. Gente apparentemente ben disponibile e gentile, ma arrivando al dunque si sono dimostrati poco efficienti e trascurati.
Sarà pure un caso.
Bad experience.
In mid-April 2021 I made the change of ownership and just today, 3 December, they discovered that the vehicle registration document was printable.
Throughout the year, every time I passed by or called a lady in a sweet voice, she reassured me that they would call me as soon as he arrived. The fact is that if I wanted to do the car inspection, as expected, I couldn't do it because the document was missing.
I phoned and a gentleman answered me saying that "they could call me", not that they would call me.
I personally had a very bad experience. Apparently helpful and kind people, but getting to the point they proved to be inefficient and neglected.
It will also be a coincidence.
