F	Francesca Pia Corrente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è gentile e disponibile. L'alloggio è pulito e accogliente, comodo il letto, il bagno piccolo ma perfetto, la cucina ben attrezzata. Posizione ottima, a due passi da tutto ciò che potrebbe occorrervi. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto. Uniche pecche, lenzuola e asciugamani non inclusi e wi-fi lento, a tratti inesistente (ma questo è più un problema dovuto alla posizione tra le montagne e non della gestione suppongo, poiché è così ovunque). Ci tornerei sicuramente. The staff is friendly and helpful. The accommodation is clean and welcoming, comfortable bed, small but perfect bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Great location, close to everything you might need. The right quality / price ratio. Only flaws, sheets and towels not included and slow wi-fi, sometimes non-existent (but this is more of a problem due to the location in the mountains and not the management I suppose, since it is so everywhere). I would definitely stay there again.
A	Antonio Cataldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai vista una cosa del genere. Dovevamo soggiornare in questa casa vacanza dal 17 ottobre al 24, ma il 21 ce ne siamo letteralmente SCAPPATI! Nonostante io abbia pagato per l’intero il soggiorno. All’arrivo del nostro soggiorno la camera ci viene consegnata in pessime condizioni veramente troppo troppo sporca, stoviglie con cibo attaccato, bajour pendente e piena di polvere, mi spiace solo non poter allegare le immagini! La proprietaria molto gentilmente ci ha mandato la signora che credo non capisca l’italiano, visto che quando gli mostravo le cose da pulire diceva ‘si’ ma rimanevano lì. Questa storia si è ripetuta 3 volte. E come ciliegina sulla torta mentre eravamo in casa tranquilli con una bambina di 7 mesi cade il piede del tavolo (vetro pesante ricoperto di pelle) che sfiora la bimba mentre cercava di gattonare! Fatto presente ciò in reception vengo derisa con una frase ‘caspita precoce tua figlia che già gattona’! La signora della reception è una maleducata! Never seen such a thing. We were supposed to stay in this vacation rental from October 17th to 24th, but on the 21st we literally GONE! Although I paid for the entire stay. Upon arrival of our stay, the room is delivered to us in very bad condition, too dirty, dishes with food attached, bajour hanging and full of dust, I'm only sorry not to be able to attach the images! The owner very kindly sent us the lady who I believe does not understand Italian, since when I showed him the things to clean she said 'yes' but they stayed there. This story repeated 3 times. And as the icing on the cake, while we were quietly at home with a 7-month-old baby, the foot of the table (heavy glass covered with leather) falls and touches the baby while trying to crawl! Having said this at the reception, I am mocked with a phrase 'wow precocious your daughter who is already crawling'! The reception lady is a rude one!
A	Alessandro Rufoloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato con la famiglia in pieno periodo di ferragosto. L'appartamento era molto pulito e con tutte le cose che servono per passare una buona vacanza. Il check-in è stato molto efficiente, così come lo sono state le persone di contatto. La valutazione negativa deriva dal fatto che l'appartamento si trovava non solo al piano terra ma letteralmente per strada; sulla strada centrale del paese molto caotica e trafficata (almeno nel nostro periodo). Al momento della prenotazione ci era stato detto che la nostra sistemazione era al piano terra ma non ci aspettavamo in un posto così trafficato. Non potevamo nemmeno aprire la finestra e mangiare in casa tutta chiusa era abbastanza triste. Penso che chi evade dalla città per una vacanza nel parco nazionale d'Abruzzo si aspetta una sistemazione differente. I was with my family in the middle of August. The apartment was very clean and with all the things you need to have a good holiday. Check-in was very efficient, as were the contact persons. The negative evaluation derives from the fact that the apartment was not only on the ground floor but literally on the street; on the very chaotic and busy central street of the town (at least in our period). At the time of booking we were told that our accommodation was on the ground floor but we were not expecting in such a busy place. We couldn't even open the window and eating indoors was pretty sad. I think that those who escape from the city for a holiday in the Abruzzo national park expect a different accommodation.
D	David Demon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare con cura. Se proprio non avete scelta, munitevi di prodotti per la pulizia, e sanificate tutto appena entrati. L'igiene va portata da casa, non la troverete. Non vi aspettate nessun tipo di supporto, siamo stati per tre giorni, senza il telefono della doccia, e con il miscelatore del bidet che spruzzava in giro. Per fortuna abbiamo un cane, e portiamo sempre con noi l'occorrente per pulire. To be avoided with care. If you really don't have a choice, equip yourself with cleaning products, and sanitize everything as soon as you enter. Hygiene must be brought from home, you will not find it. Don't expect any kind of support, we stayed for three days, without the shower phone, and with the bidet mixer splashing around. Luckily we have a dog, and we always carry everything we need to clean with us.

Centralissimo...tutti i confort sia negli appartamenti che nelle immediate vicinanze...ristoranti, alimentari e bar facilmente raggiungibili...ottima base per vivere il parco nel miglior modo Virtually perfect !!! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e anche la posizione è ottima (vicino a alimentari, bar, negozi di souvenir e la passeggiata lungo il torrente ) In my opinion the apartment is neglected (the classic ordinary maintenance is missing) and the cleaning should have been more thorough. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is also great (near grocery stores, bars, souvenir shops and the promenade along the creek)
A	Attilio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: appartamento accozzaglia di mobili, sulle foto descrittive di questo appartamento viene mostrato solo l'angolo cottura,, ci sarà un motivo, no?!?! Appartamento sporchissimo e non è roba di qualche settimana, questo appartamento nn ha mai visto una pulizia seria. E dire che noi che abbiamo il cane dobbiamo pagare un supplemento di 5 euro al giorno!!! Una follia per il livello di pulizia fornito. Mi auguro che chi occuperà questo appartamento dopo di noi possa giovare dei nostri 25 euro di supplemento pulizia. Posizione definita strategica, lo può essere per alcuni, ma francamente non lo è per noi: auto di passaggio (corso principale) e rumori fino a tarda sera perchè giustamente è un posto di transito. Insomma, per quello che paghiamo, poco più di 100 euro al giorno, biancheria esclusa, é assolutamente da cassare! Ovviamente la struttura e non il posto che é incantevole. Bad experience: apartment jumble of furniture, on the descriptive photos of this apartment only the kitchenette is shown ,, there must be a reason, right?!?! Very dirty apartment and it's not the stuff of a few weeks, this apartment has never seen a serious cleaning. And to say that we who have a dog have to pay a supplement of 5 euros per day !!! A madness for the level of cleanliness provided. I hope that whoever occupies this apartment after us can benefit from our 25 euro cleaning supplement. Strategic position defined, it may be for some, but frankly it is not for us: passing cars (main street) and noise until late in the evening because it is rightly a transit place. In short, for what we pay, just over 100 euros per day, excluding linen, it is absolutely to be canceled! Obviously the structure and not the place that is enchanting.

Casa super impolverata, ma davvero tanto... Io sono allergica ed ho dovuto prendere un antistaminico, ma anche chi era con me! Spolverate un po' di più!!!
