Der andere ist bemüht und hat eine alte schmutzige Maske im Gesicht.
Kratzer im Auto sind nicht eingetragen worden, sodass wir sie nachträglich eintragen lassen mussten.
Service is so-so. One employee does not wear a mask and cannot speak a word of English.
The other is trying hard and has an old dirty mask on his face.
Scratches in the car have not been registered, so we had to have them registered afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible staff and drivers who doesn't care about other persons vehicles as long as they get the space to park. If their staff is like that how much more the management. Scratched my car right before my very eyes and denied to death the thing they have done, and making me feel still that i am at fault. Disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this particular car agency because it was closest to our Airbnb and are so glad. Everyone was very straight forward, friendly and helpful. We had made the reservation through the Europcar app and when we went in, everything was exactly as we had signed up for. Renting a car can be stressful enough, let alone doing so with very limited Italian. We can't overstate how easy-to-deal-with all the staff were. Don't be skeptical that everyone is rating this business with 4-5 stars: it is a true reflection of the service you will receive there.
