Chiamo per avere chiarimenti e mi dicono che è un caso (???!!!)
Le cose sono due per quello che penso: o il sito non funziona oppure è un ufficio FAKE.

They will charge extra money from you when you delivery the car, no matter what conditions you delivery the car. This extra money will come from the security deposit you let before the rent. All employees are actors unscrupulous. They offer you low prices in the rent moment, but when you delivery the car you will be robbed.
