Provo a chiamare prima di andare ma nessuno risponde, sono arirvato lì e mi dicono "solo il lunedì", se vuoi lasciare la macchina devi pagare il parcheggio. On Google they write reviews all year round, deudco on Sunday yes, since it was open on the timetables, but it is not so. I try to call before going but no one answers, I arrived there and they tell me "only on Mondays", if you want to leave the car you have to pay for the parking.

Ich bin jedoch vor Kurzem nach Rom gezogen und habe meinen Golf gestern Abend mit der Bitte um eine Kostenschätzung abgegeben (Aufziehen der Sommerreifen, neue Scheibenwischblätter, Wechsel einer Glühbirne und Innenreinigung). Es wurde alles notiert und man wollte mich heute anrufen. Statt des versprochenen Anrufs mit einem Angebot erhielt ich 24h nach Ablieferung eine SMS, man sei nun fertig und nannte den Rechnungsbetrag. Bei Abholung gab es trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragens weder eine Rechnung (um die relativ hohen Kosten nachvollziehen zu können), noch war die Reinigung durchgeführt worden. Da ich wegen eines Generalstreiks morgen auf das Auto angewiesen bin, sah ich keinen Ausweg als zu zahlen und zu gehen. Ich werde sicher nicht wiederkommen! However, I recently moved to Rome and delivered my Golf last night asking for a cost estimate (fitting the summer tires, new wiper blades, changing a light bulb and cleaning the inside). Everything was noted down and they wanted to call me today. Instead of the promised call with an offer, I received a text message 24 hours after delivery that they were now finished and gave the invoice amount. Despite repeated requests, there was neither an invoice for the pick-up (to be able to understand the relatively high costs), nor was the cleaning carried out. Since I have to rely on the car for a general strike tomorrow, I saw no way out but to pay and leave. I will definitely not come back!

Che già non andrebbe troppo bene se chiudessero alle 18:00, peccato che sul loro sito scrivono che l'orario per le revisioni termina alle 19:00. A nulla è valso farlo notare. Exit early from the office and an hour of traffic to be told at quarter to six "I'm done now, I can't review you". That already would not go too well if they closed at 6:00 pm, too bad that on their website they write that the time for revisions ends at 19:00. A nothing is worth to point that out.

Brought in my SH for a revisione (MOT, needs doing after the 1st 4 and then every 2 years) and it was done in less than 20 minutes. Veloci, efficienti, costo trasparente - consigliato per la revisione (in meno di 20 minuti). Bravi. (9.1.21) Call first and check opening times during the pandemic.
