★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciata la macchina per riconsegna nel piazzale accanto all'ufficio europcar come indicazione dell'addetto, dopo mesi di distanza mi arriva una multa per divieto di sosta, nel parcheggio dove ho lasciato l'auto come da loro indicazioni. Per qualche strana ragione risulto ancora io come utilizzatore il giorno dopo che ho riconsegnato l'auto, dall'ufficio europcar se ne sono bellamente lavati le mani. Mai più auto temporanee da loro.
After leaving the car for delivery in the square next to the europcar office as an indication from the employee, after months of distance I get a fine for no parking, in the parking lot where I left the car as indicated by them. For some strange reason I still appear as a user the day after I returned the car, they washed their hands from the europcar office. No more temporary cars from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho noleggiato un furgone per un weekend, arrivati a metà strada esce una spia rossa "motore a rischio rottura". Vado dal meccanico più vicino e dice che il filtro antiparticolato è intasato e andrebbe sostituito. Quando ho chiamato la sede di Pavia per sapere cosa fare il suggerimento è stato di tornare lo stesso a Pavia, 90km in autostrada fatti con la paura che il furgone si spegnesse per strada. Davvero una brutta esperienza, non tanto per il problema (che comunque a detta del meccanico era dovuto a un'approssimativa revisione del mezzo) ma soprattutto per il supporto (non) avuto da Europcar
Bad experience. I rented a van for a weekend, when halfway there, a red "engine at risk of failure" light comes out. I go to the nearest mechanic and he says the particulate filter is clogged and should be replaced. When I called the Pavia office to find out what to do, the suggestion was to go back to Pavia anyway, 90km on the motorway made with the fear that the van would turn off on the road. Really a bad experience, not so much for the problem (which in any case according to the mechanic was due to an approximate overhaul of the vehicle) but above all for the support (not) obtained from Europcar
