★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo affittato un furgoncino per 1 anno e mezzo, sempre pagato regolarmente,al momento della consegna ci hanno contestato la pulizia dell'abitacolo, chiedendoci 20 euro per il lavaggio interno ,perchè la parte esterna era pulita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno fatto aspettare 40 minuti per prendere un furgone che non era pronto per l'orario concordato, il prezzo inoltre era più alto di quello che avevano detto a mia moglie per telefono (ho pensato di essere io a ricordare male). Per lo meno, i mezzi sono efficienti e nuovi, su questo niente da dire.
They made me wait 40 minutes to get a van that was not ready for the agreed time, the price was also higher than what they had told my wife by phone (I thought I remembered badly). At the very least, the means are efficient and new, nothing to say about this.
