★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO. Cercavo una auto diesel non grande per 3 giorni. Ho prenotato una settimana prima e mi è stata proposta una Renault Clio, motore 1.500 diesel. Concordo il prezzo e ritiro per la mattina prima delle 9.
Mi presento al ritiro e mi viene detto che l'auto disponibile non è una Clio come concordato, ma una scatoletta con su scritto Twingo e a benzina. E' allo stesso prezzo!!!! La giustificazione dell'impiegata quale è stata? Ma sa parlavamo di utilitarie......... Ora dire che una Clio è uguale ad una Twingo ci vuole una bella fantasia.
Non sono neanche lo stesso segmento di mercato
E peraltro la scatoletta non era neanche pronta. La stavano ancora lavando!!!
La macchina non l'ho presa perché grazie al cielo ho risolto diversamente.
BAD. I was looking for a not big diesel car for 3 days. I booked a week before and was offered a Renault Clio, 1,500 diesel engine. I agree the price and pick up for the morning before 9am.
I show up at the pickup and I am told that the car available is not a Clio as agreed, but a box with the word Twingo and petrol. It is the same price !!!! What was the justification of the employee? But you know we were talking about small cars ......... Now to say that a Clio is the same as a Twingo it takes a good imagination.
They are not even the same market segment
Besides, the box wasn't even ready. They were still washing it !!!
I didn't take the car because thank goodness I solved it differently.
