Io ho fatto 550 km per andare a trovarli. Ne sono rimasta estasiata.. Grazie Superb, beautiful, heady scent, better than Chanel, a very skilled professional staff, where they give you lots of suggestions, you come in, you don't want to go out any more, and you would like to dive into the flour, or wear an apron and get to knead directly there. M	Marco Polo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A differenza dei mulini che insieme agli chef sono diventati delle stars, ossia tanta fuffa e non sempre tanta sostanza, qui trovate solo e dico solo sostanza, concretezza, tanta qualità che proprio perchè non declamata va a finire tutta nelle vostre preparazioni. Le macinate a pietra tipo 1 e tipo 2 mischiate alla 0 vi permettono di avere dei pani dai profumi di una volta e dalla leggerezza che oggi pretendiamo. Per inciso, fuori non troverete nemmeno una targa o insegna: da veri marchigiani ;-) Unlike the mills that together with the chefs have become stars, that is a lot of crap and not always a lot of substance, here you will find only and I mean only substance, concreteness, a lot of quality that just because it is not declaimed it all ends up in your preparations. The stone ground type 1 and type 2 mixed with 0 allow you to have breads with the scents of the past and the lightness that we expect today. f	francesco Cinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente acquistato farina di grano tenero tipo 2, integrale, solina e semolato di khorosan e qualche confezione di pasta sempre di khorosan. Farine eccellenti, già dall'apertura della confezione si apprezza l'aroma del prodotto che trasformato rende in modo eccezionale. Quanto alla pasta stesso discorso, è rarissimo trovare una pasta che profumi di grano. Ultimo dettaglio non poco rilevante e che aggiunge un merito è la data di molitura sulla confezione. Quanto alla spedizione è arrivata puntuale ed integra. Congratulazioni all'azienda, alla terra e agli artigiani che sanno come coltivarla. Excellent flours, already from the opening of the package you can appreciate the aroma of the product which, when transformed, renders it in an exceptional way. As for pasta itself, it is very rare to find a pasta that smells of wheat. The last not insignificant detail that adds merit is the milling date on the package.
