★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la terribile esperienza precedente con il rentacar AVIS di Macerata ero molto diffidente, ma devo ammettere che è andato tutto liscio, cosa che, peraltro, dovrebbe essere la norma, ma purtroppo non lo è!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato un furgone per 24 ore con Euopcar Macerata. Me l'hanno consegnato gia con diversi colpi e sfrigi. Ingenuamente non ho fatto le foto. Poiché te lo fanno restituire non in un parcheggio custodito, ma praticamente in mezzo alla strada ( zona parking sferisterio) il giorno dopo sono spuntate delle ammaccature e mi hanno addebitato il valore della franchigia 380,00€. in questo modo un noleggio di appena 60,00€ mi è costato oltre 450,00. intanto il furgone va avanti così senza andare dal carrozziere....secondo me ci marciano...in campana, io sicuramente non noleggeró piu da loro...
I rented a van for 24 hours with Euopcar Macerata. They delivered it to me already with different strokes and tricks. Naively I didn't take photos. Because they make you return it not in a guarded parking lot, but practically in the middle of the road (parking area sferisterio) the day after some dents have appeared and I have been charged the value of the franchise € 380.00. in this way a rental of just € 60.00 cost me over 450.00. meanwhile the van goes on like this without going to the body shop .... I think we march ... in the bell, I definitely won't rent from them anymore ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza bruttissima, ho noleggiato una macchina per 5 giorni e avrei dovuto riconsegnarla domenica alle 12,40 e e la persona che mi ha fatto il contratto di nome Carlo mi ha detto di riportarla anche la sera quando volevo perché avrebbero poi controllato il lunedi mattina, ed invece sorpresa nella fattura mi avevano addebitato un giorno in piu'.
Nonostante noleggio spesso delle macchine non ritornero' piu' a Europcar macerata.
Very bad experience, I rented a car for 5 days and I had to return it on Sunday at 12.40 and and the person who made me the contract named Carlo told me to bring it back in the evening when I wanted because they would then have checked on Monday morning, and instead surprise in the invoice they had charged me an extra day.
Although I often rent cars, I will never return to Europcar macerata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente deprimente. Chiuso la domenica. Dopo un grave incidente per tornare a casa abbiamo dovuto accettare una panda per fare 600 km in quattro. Non c'era altro disponibile. Quando l'abbiamo riportata a Taranto non potevano crederci.
Really depressing. Closed on Sundays. After a serious accident to go home we had to accept a panda to do 600 km in four. There was nothing else available. When we brought it back to Taranto they couldn't believe it.
