Extreme availability in solving one of my problems, related to the return of the modem pursuant to the AGCOM resolution, and for which they proactively activated directly with the parent company (unlike other Wind stores / retailers in Macerata).

Per fortuna ci sono posti a sedere distanziati. È un bel locale e il personale è ben preparato. Mi dispiace dirlo ma il personale maschile nella telefonia ha una marcia in più di quello femminile. Ed in quella sede ci sono due ragazzi.
Long wait. Even with 2 operators, only one deals with customers.
Luckily there are spaced seats. It's a nice venue and the staff are well trained. I'm sorry to say but the male staff in telephony has an edge over the female one. And there are two boys there.
