Sono costretta a modificare la recensione. Finché si appoggiavano a BRT tutto bene, ora invece vanno con le poste... Un disastro totale: spedizioni lente, servizio clienti lentissimo e macchinoso, errori nelle lettere di vettura... Evitare! Servizio ineccepibile, rispondono immediatamente alle mail ed al telefono, rimediando (come è successo a me) ad errori nello scrivere l'indirizzo. E velocissimi nel ritiro e consegna del pacco Grazie!
I am forced to edit the review. As long as they leaned on BRT, everything was fine, but now they go with the post office ... A total disaster: slow shipments, very slow and cumbersome customer service, errors in consignment notes ... Avoid! Impeccable service, they respond immediately to e-mails and the telephone, remedying (as happened to me) errors in writing the address. And very fast in the collection and delivery of the package Thank you!

Ho spedito tramite il loro servizio un lavello di acciaio nuovo, è arrivato al destinatario danneggiato e nonostante abbia assicurato la spedizione non mi hanno risarcito del danno. Ho fornito nei tempi tutta la documentazione (foto , fattura, accettazione con riserva......) . Fate attenzione non sono affidabili rischiate di rimetterci il bene che gli affidate
I sent through their service a new steel sink, it arrived at the recipient damaged and despite having insured the shipment they did not compensate me for the damage. I provided all the documentation on time (photos, invoice, conditional acceptance ...). Be careful they are not reliable, you risk losing the good you entrust to them

Best overseas shipping service!! Very efficient, attentive and professional! The team was able to answer all my questions in regards to overseas import legislations. My parcels were always delivered from Italy to Australia very quickly and efficiently with the best local currier! Highly recommend their service!

They are very rude. If anything happens to you package they stop answering the emails and there is no responsibility. Don't get fooled by the price. Do not trust at all. It is worth to spend more and be sure about your belongings. They didn't pick up from my door, they didn't deliver to the door in the destination even. I had to go and collect the parcel in a parcel point with bus and 20 kg. Sono troppi maleducati. Ho preso il mio pacco dopo un mese e l'ho fatto con tanta difficoltà parlando con altre aziende poste!

A picture says it better than words. It was the worst experience one could imagine. The boxes shown in this image, were BRAND NEW and you can see here how I received them!!! I had sealed bottom, sides and corners before starting to pack anything, then I used big plastic bags and put the stuff inside the bags, as also visible in the image, I had used bubble wraps and layers of clothing around fragile items. It is very surprising that even the plastic containers were broken. Of course when I receive a gift I do not ask for an invoice and I am also not crazy to save the invoices of every item I have bought in my life in different countries just because some irresponsible company may one day break them and not take the responsibility, regardless of the fact that I had insured everything! I paid extra to stay on the safe side and now see what happened! No one took the responsibility!!

We had great experiences in the past for good price what I reviewed with the best mark but my last experience was terrible and I want to share it for transparency. 1. Prices are not competitive anymore 2. Communication got more difficult (you can’t give a call anymore). Yes, you can drop an email but is not definitively the same 3. Interactions with third parties are not transparent and information is not symmetric. So, if I have to pay the same (or higher) price to have less control on my shipment and more parties involved I will do prefer buying the service directly from the main provider. Sorry!
