★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho spedito 2 pacchi da Roma il 14/12/2020 con europacco. Brt fino a Bolzano. Preso in carica da europacco il 16 e passato ad omest lo stesso giorno per il trasporto a Berlino. Da allora non ho più notizie dei miei pacchi. Non rispondono al telefono e non c'è alcuna tracciabilita. Ho sempre spedito pacchi con europacco che sono stati presi da Bolzano in carico da DHL e sono sempre arrivati dopo pochi giorni po' tendone seguire la traccia. Questa volta che europacco ha affidato il trasporto a omtest in disastro totale. Chissà se i miei pacchi verranno mai recapitati
I sent 2 parcels from Rome on 14/12/2020 with europacco. Brt to Bolzano. Taken in charge by europacco on 16 and went to omest the same day for transport to Berlin. Since then I have not heard from my parcels. They don't answer the phone and there is no traceability. I have always sent parcels with europacco which have been taken from Bolzano in charge by DHL and have always arrived after a few days following the track. This time europacco has entrusted the transport to omtest in total disaster. Who knows if my packages will ever be delivered
