Chiamavo per fare un reclamo mettevano giù la chiamata e non mi rispondevano più 0/0 per brutto servizio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima avventura non ancora finita, se potessi metterei meno 5 stelle! Ho avuto una bruttissima esperienza con DHL e soprattutto con questa sede, mi dovevano spedire uno scooter con documentazione, l'unica mail ricevuta sono state le istruzioni di pagamento con il codice di tracciatura. Dalla ricerca risulta tutto perso chissà dove..È l'unico corriere che non risponde alle mail, è l'unico corriere che se devi chiamare ti conviene fare un secondo mutuo per il costo tariffario al minuto! Son ben 4 giorni che non ho risposta da questa sede della DHL, non so che fine ha fatto il bene che ho acquistato con loro tutela per la compravendita, non so che fine han fatto i miei soldi! Se leggette almeno le recensioni che vi scrivono mi auguro di avere una risposta da parte vostra! DHL ??!!!!
Very bad adventure not over yet, if I could I would put less than 5 stars! I had a very bad experience with DHL and especially with this office, they had to send me a scooter with documentation, the only email received was the payment instructions with the tracking code. From the research everything is lost who knows where .. He is the only courier who does not answer emails, he is the only courier who, if you have to call, you should make a second mortgage for the rate per minute! I haven't received a reply from this DHL office for 4 days, I don't know what happened to the good I bought with their protection for the sale, I don't know what happened to my money! If you read at least the reviews they write to you I hope to have an answer from you! DHL ?? !!!!
