Crumbling lobby, small but well-made and above all new apartment, a few steps from the sea ... I don't know the price but I would rent for the holidays.

Consigliato Quiet place, clean and spacious apartment facing the sea. We had a great time there, nice and friendly host. Recommended
F	Flori m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi è piaciuto, abbiamo avuto qualche problema per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, il proprietario una brava persona ci aveva detto che il suo appartamento era pure lì proprio vicino a noi e per qualsiasi cosa potevamo chiedere a lui ma ci controllava a vista non è stata una vacanza proprio rilassante, quando gli abbiamo dato le chiavi e ci siamo appena allontanati immediatamente è entrato nell'appartamento a controllare neanche fossimo teppisti, mi sono meravigliata perchè avrà visto che persone distinte siamo e a causa dei problemi che ci hanno portato a chiamarlo vedeva nel frattempo le condizioni dell'appartamento quindi per questo ci siamo rimasti male con quale velocità è entrato a controllare. Non ritorneremo sicuramente, ci sono altri bei posti. I did not like it, we had some problems regarding the apartment, the owner a good person had told us that his apartment was also there right next to us and for anything we could ask him but he was checking us on sight. it was a really relaxing holiday, when we gave him the keys and we just walked away he immediately entered the apartment to check we were not even thugs, I was amazed because he saw what different people we are and because of the problems that led us to call him he saw in the meantime the conditions of the apartment so for this reason we were disappointed with what speed he entered to check. We will definitely not return, there are other beautiful places.

Clean and comfortable environment and also very close to the beach. The owner was very nice and helpful. Absolutely recommended place.

L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato e si trova a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ampio il parcheggio interno visto che nella zona c'è ne sono solo a pagamento. La vista sul mare dal balcone Dell appartamento fa la differenza. Supermercati, farmacie, casalinghi si trovano nel raggio di 5 minuti dalla struttura. L'host è stato gentilissimo e si è prodigato nel fornire numerosi consigli sulla zona e su cosa visitare. Our vacation was all about relaxation and comfort. The apartment is completely renovated and is located two minutes walk from the beach. Ample parking inside as there is only a fee in the area. The sea view from the Dell apartment balcony makes the difference. Supermarkets, pharmacies and household goods can be found within 5 minutes from the hotel. The host was very kind and did his best to provide many tips on the area and what to visit.

Nessuna insegna che aiutasse a trovare il B&B e abbiamo dovuto telefonare per avere indicazioni.. Dear owner, clean room and bathroom. We were on the second floor with no lift and this is negative for us. No sign to help find the B&B and we had to call for directions ..

Dopo vari giri on line di case vacanze, abbiamo deciso di prenotare presso la struttura Europa 41. L'host privato Nino è stato veramente una persona di grande ospitalità e ha fatto trovare l'appartamento da noi prenotato dotato di tutto i confort, con una eccellente pulizia dei vari locali della casa, ma soprattutto un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia di Pietre Nere, che distava solo 100 metri (reali) dalla struttura, inoltre, la presenza di parcheggio in loco ha consentito di avere un soggiorno tranquillo. Grazie a Nino, che ha reso veramente bella e unica la nostra vacanza in una cittadina bella come quella di Pozzallo. Concludo con dire che la struttura è veramente consigliatissima, von voto finale di 10 su 10. I stayed with my wife in this wonderful reality of Pozzallo about a week ago. Nere, which was only 100 meters (real) from the structure, moreover, the presence of on-site parking allowed for a peaceful stay. Thanks to Nino, who made our holiday in a beautiful town like Pozzallo truly beautiful and unique. I conclude by saying that the structure is really highly recommended, with a final vote of 10 out of 10.
