Le stanze sono avvolte dal profumo di gelsomino che circondano la casa. Place in a family atmosphere, simple, clean, excellent breakfast, very close to the beaches and the town center. The rooms are enveloped by the scent of jasmine that surrounds the house.

La colazione e' deliziosa, ti sembra di essere a casa, ottimo per brevi soggiorni, e Simonetta e' amorevole e tratti tutti come in famiglia. This is a very nice, romantic place, very close to the sea. Breakfast is delicious, you feel like you're at home, great for short stays, and Simonetta is loving and treats everyone like family.

Gestione delle prenotazioni molto confusionaria.La prima colazione in loco non è presente, si ha Convenzione con stabilimento pata pata. Peccato. Conveniently located by the town beach. A	Alfio Leone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura si presenta come un insieme di camere che condividono un unico corridoio. Ogni camera ha un bagno in stanza, con una comoda doccia ed un asciugacapelli. La stanza è fornita di una TV lcd, un tavolino ed una configurazione di un letto matrimoniale o letto matrimoniale più letto singolo e un condizionatore. Ogni stanza può accedere, attraverso il corridoio, ad una cucina discretamente fornita, con cucinino, frigo con freezer, lavandino; un disimpegno con tavolo; un balcone con 3 tavolini per 4 persone ciascuno. Sono presenti due posti auto, uno dei quali coperto. La proprietaria è cordiale e disponibile, si è premurata di chiederci cosa volessimo per colazione; in ogni caso oltre quanto scelto vi sono succhi di frutta, biscotti, una bottiglietta d'acqua. Ottimo per passare la notte di un fine settimana vicino al mare. The structure looks like a set of rooms that share a single corridor. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with a comfortable shower and a hairdryer. The room is equipped with an LCD TV, a small table and a configuration of a double bed or a double bed plus a single bed and an air conditioner. Each room can access, through the corridor, to a discreetly equipped kitchen, with kitchenette, fridge with freezer, sink; a hallway with table; a balcony with 3 tables for 4 people each. There are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The owner is friendly and helpful, she took care to ask us what we wanted for breakfast; in any case, in addition to what is chosen, there are fruit juices, biscuits, a bottle of water. Great for spending a weekend night by the sea.

La struttura è ben attrezzata, con uso cucina e si trova vicina alla spiaggia di Sampieri. A good welcome and great availability on the part of the manager of the structure in meeting our needs. The property is well equipped, with kitchen use and is located near the beach of Sampieri.
G	Gianluca C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto opportunità di usufruire della struttura a causa di sopraggiunti ed improrogabili impegni lavorativi che mi hanno costretto a disdire la prenotazione per le vacanze estive. Ciò nonostante, ritengo di dover evidenziare l'immensa gentilezza e la straordinaria serietà della proprietà che non possono non essere esaltate. Consiglio ed auguro, a chiunque legga, di avere la fortuna ed il piacere di rivolgersi a strutture come Casa Rosati e persone come le proprietarie. Spero al più presto di poter avere l'opportunità di rivolgermi nuovamente a loro per le mie vacanze. Consigliatissimo su Sampieri. I have not had the opportunity to use the structure due to unexpected and urgent work commitments that forced me to cancel my booking for the summer holidays. Nonetheless, I believe I must highlight the immense kindness and extraordinary seriousness of the property which cannot fail to be exalted. I recommend and wish anyone who reads to have the good fortune and pleasure of turning to structures like Casa Rosati and people like the owners. I hope as soon as possible to have the opportunity to contact them again for my holidays. Highly recommended on Sampieri.
W	Will Sowerbutts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large room with en-suite shower room. There is a lounge indoors and a sunny balcony (with shades if you prefer). The owner and hostess is really lovely. She made us whatever we requested for breakfast every day. She picked us up from the coach stop about 20 minutes drive away and delivered us back there at the end of our stay, and also gave us a lift to a wedding where we were guests. When we ran out of writing paper she even ran out to buy some more for us immediately! She speaks English pretty well. We had use of the kitchen with range cooker, espresso machine, fridge etc. The beach and local supermarket (Spar) are just a few minutes walk. If we ever come back to Sampieri we will certainly stay here again! Recommended.
