Il loro sito si presenta con lavori fatti nei migliori posti e di imprese e persone abbienti. Quindi sembra un buon biglietto da visita, ma invece è un modo di lavorare. Nel senso che se arriva il povero tapino che chiede un umile preventivo per la climatizzazione della casa non si viene calcolati. Mi spiego. Dopo esser stato mezz'ora al telefono con il "responsabile" (il barlafuss appunto) e dopo avermi richiesto via mail foto e piantina casa il barlafuss è sparito. Sollecitato a farsi vivo dopo quasi un mese via mail e via telefono con la direzione, niente... il barlafuss è svanito nel nulla. Perde e (sopratutto) fa perdere tempo alla gente. Che dire, forse essere onesti e dire al cliente che non c'è possibilità di eseguire il preventivo in modo da potersi rivolgere ad altre imprese è chiedere troppo. Questi personaggi che trattano la gente con sufficienza e la prendono in giro dovrebbero esser messi a gestire forse un magazzino, non i clienti di sicuro. Per i non milanesi la parola barlafuss è intesa anche per uno che parla parla ma non fa i fatti.

What can I say, perhaps being honest and telling the customer that there is no possibility of making the quote so that they can contact other companies is asking too much. These characters who treat people with disdain and make fun of them should be put in charge of maybe a warehouse, not the customers for sure. For non-Milanese the word barlafuss is also meant for someone who speaks but does not do facts.
