Sono pienamente soddisfatta sia della macchina che della società fornitrice (dall'agente di vendita, al personale amministrativo fino ad arrivare all' operaio che fisicamente ha installato la macchina). Il prezzo è concorrenziale visti gli importi richiesti da altre società che montano apparati simili. I recently purchased a home machine mod. SLIM that purifies the water and delivers both smooth and sparkling. I am fully satisfied both machine and the supplier company (by the sales agent, administrative staff up to all 'workers' that the machine has physically installed). The price is competitive given the amounts requested by other companies that mount similar devices.

Il prodotto oltre ad essere 100% italiano è anche economico per quanto riguarda la manutenzione (1 filtro l'anno) e per quanto riguarda il costo dei gasatori. Very happy owner of a family model refrigerated mixer. I was so satisfied that I convinced my other friends to install it. The product as well as being 100% Italian is also economical as far as maintenance is concerned (1 filter per year) and as far as the cost of the gassers is concerned.

Commercialmente poco credibili. Was very disappointed. Purtroppo la cortesia e la professionalità del personale che ho conosciuto con l'acquisto non è stata riscontrata nel post vendita, in quanto la segretaria a cui ho chiesto informazioni per risolvere una perdita dal rubinetto mi ha detto che il pezzo non è più in produzione e che avrei dovuto acquistare un nuovo sistema (pagato oltre 1000 euro 10 anni fa). Mi sembra assurdo che il lavoro certosino di una ditta efficiente possa essere vanificato da atteggiamenti del genere. Mi spiace per il fatto che negli anni molti miei colleghi hanno acquistato da voi anche grazie ai miei feedback.
