Ho acquistato una cucina, quando era ancora in garanzia ha smesso di funzionare improvvisamente il supporto della luce sotto i pensili, ho richiesto l'assistenza, mi hanno fatto consegnare il pezzo assicurandomi che avrebbero chiesto alla dita la sostituzione, non ho più avuto nessuna risposta! Sono passati 16 mesi e ancora non sanno dirmi nulla. Forse è uscito di produzione! Dopo solo 2 anni! Sono senza parole!!!! Almeno mi facessero sapere qualcosa!!! A nulla sono valsi i miei numerosi solleciti!!!!
Bad experience !!!! I purchased a kitchen, when it was still under warranty, the light support under the wall units suddenly stopped working, I asked for assistance, they made me deliver the piece, making sure that they would ask for the replacement, I no longer had any response ! 16 months have passed and they still can't tell me anything. Maybe it's gone out of production! After only 2 years! I'm speechless !!!! At least let me know something !!! My numerous reminders were worth nothing !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato, a novembre 2020, 2 poltrone marca Stressless modello Consul tessuto Linden al prezzo di euro 1500,00 ciascuna senza poggiapiedi che da solo costava circa 300,00 euro. Successivamente ho constatato che nel sito stressless.com il prezzo della poltrona era di euro 1529,00 comprensivo del poggiapiedi. Segnalata la discrepanza di prezzo al negozio di via Nemorense di Roma e scritto un reclamo alla proprietaria del negozio non abbiamo ricevuto alcun chiarimento. Pertanto giudico questo acquisto particolarmente negativo.
I purchased, in November 2020, 2 Stressless brand armchairs model Consul Linden fabric at the price of € 1500.00 each without footrest which alone cost about € 300.00. Later I found that on the stressless.com website the price of the armchair was € 1529.00 including the footrest. Having reported the price discrepancy to the shop in via Nemorense in Rome and written a complaint to the owner of the shop, we have not received any clarification. Therefore I consider this purchase particularly negative.
