★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci è stato neanche reso possibile visitare l'appartamento (zona prati) per il quale avevamo un appuntamento, in quanto l'agente si è arrogato il diritto di giudicare che l'appartamento era inadatto per noi. Non ha neanche aperto le finestre e ha salutato sbattendoci la porta alle spalle. Non aggiungo altro. Esperienza veramente triste.
We were not even made it possible to visit the apartment (lawn area) for which we had an appointment, as the agent arrogated to himself the right to judge that the apartment was unsuitable for us. He didn't even open the windows and greeted us by slamming the door behind us. I do not add anything else. Truly sad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza . Il sig.re Alessio molto scortese e arrogante. Abbiamo visitato un appartamento in gruppo (non si potrebbe per il covid) tre piani a piedi pur essendoci l'ascensore. l'annuncio sui vari siti non era veritiero sia per il piano che avrebbe dovuto essere l'ultimo visto che il palazzo da pubblicità diceva di essere di tre piani sia perchè non diceva che faceva parte di un frazionamento.
Bad experience. Mr Alessio very rude and arrogant. We visited an apartment in a group (you could not for the covid) three floors on foot despite the elevator. the announcement on the various sites was not true both for the floor that should have been the last one since the advertising building claimed to be three floors and because it did not say that it was part of a split.
