★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Lorenzo Pepe quando ho acquistato il mio primo immobile: deciso, informato, organizzato. Se non fosse stato per la finanziaria collegata alla Tecnocasa non sarei riuscita ad ottenere il mutuo!
Anche se la provvigione all'epoca mi era sembrata alta, quando poi ho avuto necessità di rivendere l'immobile ho deciso di affidarmi nuovamente a Lorenzo. La sua rapidità e competenza, l'educazione e la professionalità hanno fatto sì che l'immobile fosse venduto rapidamente ed al prezzo che volevamo. Lorenzo è stato onesto, sincero e trasparente. Ha curato tutto nei minimi dettagli per fornirci un supporto efficace ed efficiente.
La sua conoscenza del territorio è capillare e questo è stato uno dei fattori determinanti nella scelta per affidare l'incarico.
I met Lorenzo Pepe when I bought my first property: decided, informed, organized. If it hadn't been for the financial company connected to Tecnocasa I wouldn't have been able to get the mortgage!
Although the commission at the time had seemed high to me, when I then needed to resell the property, I decided to entrust myself to Lorenzo again. His speed and competence, education and professionalism meant that the property was sold quickly and at the price we wanted. Lorenzo was honest, sincere and transparent. He took care of the smallest details to provide us with effective and efficient support.
His knowledge of the area is widespread and this was one of the determining factors in the choice to entrust the task.

I met this agency because my girlfriend relied on them for the purchase of a house. It was just a BAD EXPERIENCE, so I don't recommend trusting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercherò di essere sintetica, riportando i punti essenziali del loro comportamento non professionale:
- non mi hanno permesso di inserire la clausola sospensiva alla delibera di mutuo sul preliminare/proposta d'acquisto.
- non mi hanno comunicato le conseguenze legate ad un immobile dato per donazione, pur avendo detto loro della mia necessità di chiedere il 100% del mutuo. Ha comportato che la banca che mi aveva accolto la fattibilità non ha voluto proseguire e ho riscontrato non pochi problemi per trovarne un'altra. Ho dovuto avvalermi necessariamente di un consulente/broker.
- mi ha fatto pagare all'accettazione della proposta da parte del venditore quasi il 6% del valore d'acquisto, senza possibilità di abbassamento.
- non hanno tolto l'annuncio della casa a seguito dell'accettazione.
Certamente io sono stata ingenua e mi sono affidata a loro pensando che facessero il loro lavoro in maniera trasparente e professionale. Purtroppo non è andata così e ci ho rimesso.
I will try to be succinct, reporting the essential points of their unprofessional behavior:
- they did not allow me to insert the suspension clause to the mortgage resolution on the preliminary / purchase proposal.
- they did not communicate to me the consequences related to a property given as a donation, despite having told them of my need to ask for 100% of the loan. It meant that the bank that had accepted the feasibility did not want to continue and I encountered many problems in finding another one. I had to necessarily use a consultant / broker.
- made me pay almost 6% of the purchase value upon acceptance of the offer by the seller, without the possibility of lowering it.
- did not remove the announcement of the house following acceptance.
Certainly I was naive and I relied on them thinking that they did their job in a transparent and professional way. Unfortunately it didn't happen and I lost it.
