★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son stato in negozio, ho scelto un piccolo armadio, ma non riuscivo a trasportarlo, quindi ha provveduto eurobrico alla spedizione. Oltre ad essere arrivato in ritardo mi hanno inviato quello in mostra tutto rovinato. All'interno è tutto scheggiato, esternamente strisciato e l'anta con lo specchio scheggiato.
Ho chiesto il rimborso, ma con la scusa che non ho firmato la riserva mi viene restituito solo un 10 %.
Il corriere me l'ha lasciato davanti casa ed è andato via!! Non ha lasciato nessuno documento e non hanno nemmeno suonato il campanello.
Sconsiglio di acquistare mobili da voi!!!!!!

Per 0,4 mq di OSB da 9 millimetri ho pagato la stessa cifra che ho speso in un altro noto brico del padovano per 0,9 mq di OSB da 16 millimetri... Praticamente il doppio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, esperienza pessima. A dicembre vado in negozio per acquistare una stufa che non è disponibile ma il commesso la ordina on-line in modo che mi arrivi a casa. Arrivata sbagliata, resa e, a circa un mese, non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Nessuna possibilità di contatti telefonici solo mail a cui non risponde nessuno. Quando sono andato in negozio per rendere la stufa sbagliata, era ritornata disponibile quella che mi interessava, l'ho acquistata. Vado casa, la provo, non si accende, ritorno in negozio. La resistenza per l'accensione è rotta ma non è in garanzia, se voglio posso acquistarla ma non è disponibile, devono ordinarla.
Scrivo dopo una settimana dalla prima recensione, per correttezza devo dire che si sono attivati, hanno sostituito la stufa non funzionante con modello superiore ed è arrivato anche il rimborso della prima. Devo menzionare in particolare modo la professionalità dell'incaricato che mi ha seguito in questa fase. In conclusione: partiti male ma l'Azienda EuroBrico ha risolto il problema e pertanto si è dimostrata seria.
Good morning, very bad experience. In December I go to the store to buy a stove that is not available but the salesman orders it online so that it can get to my house. Arrived wrong, returned and, about a month later, I still haven't received the refund. No possibility of telephone contacts only mail to which no one answers. When I went to the shop to make the wrong stove, the one I was interested in was back in stock, I bought it. I go home, I try it, it doesn't turn on, I go back to the shop. The resistance for the ignition is broken but it is not under warranty, if I want I can buy it but it is not available, they have to order it.
I write a week after the first review, to be fair I must say that they have been activated, they have replaced the non-working stove with a higher model and the refund of the first has also arrived. I must particularly mention the professionalism of the person in charge who followed me in this phase. In conclusion: we started badly but the EuroBrico Company solved the problem and therefore proved to be serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if they have a lot of stuff for good prices - the service is poor. Zero flexibility. Not too helful. And most important: the internetshop doesn't inform about the real important things. For example, that stuff in the internetshop isn't available in the store. Or that the stores have diferent opening hours. Or that delivery doesn't mean delivery. And like in most big stores, nobody seems to know what the other one is doing. Nobody is responsible. Another very good example, that cheap isn't everything to look upon, and the next time I will go to a tiny supplier, even if its more expensive. At least there is a chance to be treated as a human.
