I ragazzi che le hanno installate sono stati molto professionali e puntuali. Anche se hanno avuto un piccolo problema per pochi millimetri di differenza tra la misura della finestra e le grate, lo hanno risolto e sono riusciti a montare tutte le grate che avevamo richiesto. Io inizialmente ero un po' scettica sul tipo di materiale, ma adesso che ho visto le finestre montate devo dire che sono molto soddisfatta: gli infissi sono molto robusti e sembrano essere di vero legno; inoltre l'apertura delle finestre non si è ridotta di molto, cosi' come ci era stato prospettato, il salone rimane comunque molto luminoso e la casa sembra rinnovata, piu' nuova. Oggi ho avuto il primo incontro con Andrea e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dall'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, dalla presentazione del materiale e dai consigli che mi ha dato, proponendomi soluzioni alternative, a cui non avevo pensato, mantenendo sempre ottimi prezzi. Adesso aspettiamo la consegna dei materiali e il montaggio che avverranno in tempi brevi. Fino ad ora sono soddisfatto e lo consiglio. La settimana scorsa sono venuti a montare gli infissi e devo fare i complimenti a tutti, ad Andrea, che ci ha consigliato al meglio nella scelta più funzionale alle nostre esigenze, e a Daniele che ci ha seguito dal punto di vista amministrativo, sempre disponibile. Posso solo che ritenermi un cliente super soddisfatto, sebbene la spesa sostenuta (comunque competitva e inferiore rispetto alle altre in mio possesso). Azienda consigliatissima. È una piccola azienda e pensavo che potesse essere indice di passione nel lavoro. Tutto il contrario. Prima i ritardi ingiustificabili che hanno costretto a procrastinare tutti i lavori di ristrutturazione della casa a catena (parliamo di mesi non di giorni); poi il non rispetto degli accordi con richieste di pagamento diverse dal concordato con minaccia di non consegnare del tutto in caso di non accoglimento della loro richiesta. Ma la cosa peggiore di tutto è la qualità del prodotto. Le finestre sono storte, non si chiudono bene e anche la finitura lascia a desiderare. Nel montaggio hanno avuto mille indecisioni. La sensazione è che non sapessero proprio come fare. E non parlo di 1 o 2 finestre, parlo di oltre 10 finestre. Insomma un disastro su tutta la linea. Spero che la recensione serva ad altri a non prendere la fregatura che ho preso io. Meglio rivolgersi a ditte di grandi dimensioni che hanno competenza ed esperienza, questi non hanno né l'una né l'altra e i prezzi non sono neanche buoni. Amateurs in jeopardy! Fabrizio (disponibile e sempre contattabile) e ho ordinato 5 persiane e 5 finestre in alluminio e legno (frassino bianco opaco all'interno). Veramente soddisfatta della professionalità del personale, dal commerciale con cui abbiamo avuto il contatto iniziale agli addetti alla posa in opera: ottimo materiale, massimo isolamento acustico e termico. Da sottolineare il valore aggiunto sia morale che professionale della presenza del titolare Fabrizio Rocci, in tre momenti e precisamente quello della misurazione, della seconda fase del montaggio e ad ultimazione lavori. In sintesi, posso confermare che il risultato è stato soddisfacente. Consiglio la Euro.Co.Gen sia per quello che ho appena detto che per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, eccellente rispetto ad altri preventivi ottenuti. Un difetto in un vetro riscontrato solo dopo la fine lavori/montaggio, mi è stato sistemato con la sostituzione in tempi estremamente brevi. Non da ultimo e per importanza, ho riscontrato la serietà della società anche dal pagamento del saldo che mi è stato chiesto solo dopo la conclusione dell'intervento riparatore. Il preventivo fornito è stato da subito il migliore in circolazione e ho deciso di affidarmi a loro per la realizzazione di tutte le finestre e del portone blindato del mio appartamento. L'azienda si è dimostrata estremamente professionale e puntuale nella consegna (anzi in anticipo rispetto a quanto stabilito). La qualità del lavoro è risultata ottima sia per le finestre che per il portone. Ho deciso di affidarmi a loro anche per la realizzazione delle grate di protezione dato il rapporto di fiducia e il prezzo estremamente competitivo sul mercato. Ho accettato il preventivo di questa ditta per N° 11 infissi .Dopo il pagamento di tutte le rate richieste periodicamente come da contratto, ho dovuto aspettare 6 mesi per l’istallazione degli infissi avvenuta nel giugno del 2015 passati i mesi estivi, con l’arrivo dell’inverno sette degli infissi hanno presentato dei problemi, spifferi ,infiltrazione d’acqua una maniglia esterna della porta finestra completamente ossidata. Ho chiesto l’intervento della ditta, dopo 4 mesi di telefonate da me fatte e di promesse mancate da parte della Euro.co.gen S.r.l non c’è stato nessun intervento, all’ennesima mia telefonata mi è stato richiesto il diritto alla chiamata di150 euro, da me accettato, nonostante tutto non ho avuto più notizie da parte della ditta. Sono dovuto ricorrere a guarnizioni di gomma adesiva acquistate in ferramenta e sostituire la maniglia ossidata. No seriousness, no assistance.
