★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato gli infissi e i relativi serramenti RAIA della mia casa circa un anno e mezzo fa su consiglio della ditta che allora stava effettuando alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione. Subito mi sono sembrati di ottima fattura e mi face veramente un'ottima impressione la professionalità e la precisione dei tecnici che vennero a fare il sopralluogo e il montaggio. Oggi, a distanza di tanto tempo, posso dire con assoluta certezza che gli infissi RAIA sono veramente ottimi e assolutamente affidabili. Consiglio a tutti quelli che devono fare acquisti come i miei di affidarsi a RAIA.
I purchased the fixtures and the relative RAIA windows of my house about a year and a half ago on the advice of the firm that was then carrying out some renovations. Immediately they seemed to me to be very well made and I was really impressed with the professionalism and precision of the technicians who came to do the inspection and assembly. Today, after so long, I can say with absolute certainty that the RAIA fixtures are really good and absolutely reliable. I recommend to all those who have to make purchases like mine to rely on RAIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande competenza e serietà professionale avrebbero meritato una recensione più tempestiva ma per vari motivi la faccio solo ora. Mi hanno creato un armadio incassato sul balcone perfetto, non dà nell'occhio e sembra che ci sia sempre stato. Mi avvarrò a breve della loro opera per altre cose. Li raccomando a chiunque voglia un ottimo lavoro ad un prezzo giusto !
Great competence and professional reliability would have deserved a more timely review but for various reasons I am only doing it now. They created me a built-in wardrobe on the perfect balcony, it does not catch the eye and seems to have always been there. I will use their work shortly for other things. I recommend them to anyone who wants a great job at a fair price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un mobile per la caldaia, cortesi e molto professionali mi hanno ben consigliato, migliorando di molto la mia idea iniziale. Nonostante il mobile occupi uno spazio considerevole, cromaticamente "annega"nel muro e quasi non si nota (ma dentro ha un grande spazio che è possibile sfruttare). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
I bought a piece of furniture for the boiler, courteous and very professional, they advised me well, greatly improving my initial idea. Although the piece of furniture occupies a considerable space, chromatically it "drowns" in the wall and is hardly noticeable (but inside it has a large space that can be exploited). Excellent value for money.

Ho chiamato e inviato una email per un preventivo per un cliente il 4 di Aprile... dopo 6 chiamate, 2 email e 27gg di attesa, senza neanche farmi chiarire le lavorazioni, mi sento rispondere anche scocciato "non è un lavoro che fa per me"! Ma che razza di professionisti siete?!?! Forse pensano che lavorano solo loro e quindi il tempo e il rispetto per gli altri non esiste o non vale nulla?!?!
Se volete un consiglio? Il buongiorno si vede dal mattino e di professionisti rispettosi che ringrazierebbero per i vostri soldi...ne è pieno il paese!
Bad experience!
I called and sent an email for a quote for a client on April 4th ... after 6 calls, 2 emails and 27 days of waiting, without even asking me to clarify the processes, I feel annoyed even reply "it's not a job for myself"! What kind of professionals are you?!?! Maybe they think that only they work and therefore the time and respect for others does not exist or is worth nothing?!?!
If you want some advice? A good morning starts in the morning and respectful professionals who would thank you for your money ... the country is full of it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benché il prezzo della fornitura proposto dalla ditta possa sembrare conveniente in realtà non lo è perché il lavoro non viene svolto a regola d'arte. Nel mio caso avevo chiesto la realizzazione di uno sportello a chiusura di un vano sul balcone, in modo che fungesse da piccolo ripostiglio. Purtroppo qualcosa nel montaggio dello sportello deve essere andato storto perché ad ogni piccola pioggia il vano si allaga completamente.
Ho segnalato la situazione al titolare che ha mandato una persona ad aggiungere del silicone attorno all'infisso dello sportello. Purtroppo però l'intervento non ha avuto alcun effetto e il vano continua ad allagarsi.
A fronte delle mie successive segnalazioni il titolare si è rifiutato di eseguire ulteriori interventi sostenendo che è normale che il vano si allaghi e aggiungendo che gli sportelli da esterno che la ditta monta non sono adatti a riparare dalla pioggia, particolare questo che era stato chiarmente omesso sia al momento del sopralluogo che a quello dell'ordine.
Solo ora capisco, a mie spese, perché la ditta richieda il saldo anticipato della fornitura!
Assolutamente sconsiglio di rivolgersi a questa ditta.

Unfortunately, something in the assembly of the door must have gone wrong because with every little rain the compartment floods completely.
I reported the situation to the owner who sent a person to add silicone around the door frame. Unfortunately, however, the intervention had no effect and the compartment continues to flood.
In the face of my subsequent reports, the owner refused to carry out any further interventions, arguing that it is normal for the compartment to flood and adding that the outdoor doors that the company mounts are not suitable for sheltering from the rain, a detail that was clearly omitted. both at the time of the inspection and at the time of the order.
Only now do I understand, at my expense, why the company requires the advance payment of the supply!
I absolutely do not recommend contacting this company.
