Pizza sottile, ben condita e cotta a legna. Fritti fatti a mano molto buoni, con un sapore diverso da quelli che si trovano nella maggior parte delle altre pizzerie. Unica "critica", spero che i proprietari leggano, per la pizza amatriciana: con una base così sottile, secondo me, non si possono mettere cubetti di pancetta così grandi (per esempio a fette sarebbe meglio). E inoltre la pancetta sembrava messa cruda sulla pizza prima di infornare. Con il tempo di cottura della pizza però riesce solo a prendere calore, quindi il grasso non si scioglie e la carne non diventa croccante restando molto indigesta. I've ordered home delivery a dozen times now and they NEVER arrived more than 2 minutes late. Punctual. Thin, well-seasoned and wood-fired pizza. Very good hand-made fried food, with a different flavor to those found in most other pizzerias. The only "criticism", I hope the owners read, for the pizza amatriciana: with such a thin base, in my opinion, you cannot put such large cubes of bacon (for example sliced would be better). Plus, the bacon looked like it was put raw on the pizza before baking. With the cooking time of the pizza, however, it only manages to take heat, so the fat does not melt and the meat does not become crunchy, remaining very indigestible.
