★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il proprietario è gentile ed esperto e sa consigliare senza forzare. Ottimo anche il servizio di manutenzione e controllo post-vendita. Se cercate una Scott è il posto giusto dove andare, ma potrete avere consigli in generale sulle vostre necessità ciclistiche.
The owner is kind and experienced and knows how to advise without forcing. The after-sales maintenance and control service is also excellent. If you are looking for a Scott it is the right place to go, but you can get general advice on your cycling needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato avevo bisogno di risolvere un problema con il freno a disco posteriore della mia mountain bike front. Non solo sono riusciti a risolvere il problema, ma ho riavuto la bici sabato stesso, riuscendo così a fare una bella uscita domenica.
Sicuramente tornerò anche per vedere il negozio, oltre che l'officina.
Il proprietario è una persona super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietario molto competente e molto gentile e professionale. Nonostante non avesse al momento in negozio l'articolo della mia giusta taglia, non ha esitato a continuare a spiegare i driver di scelta, sebbene grazie alla sua cura fossimo arrivati anche oltre l'orario di chiusura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Si rifiuta di dare assistenza sui prodotti Scott, nonostante anche la richiesta ufficiale da parte di Ufficio Tecnico Scott.
Consiglio inoltre altre biciclette, la Scott come rapporto qualità/prezzo è in assoluto la peggiore. Continue forature , difetti di fabbrica a valanga (problemi a copertoni, cerchioni, manubrio), problemi infiniti e assistenza zero.
Terrible. Refuses to provide assistance on Scott products, despite also the official request from Scott Technical Department.
I also recommend other bikes, the Scott as value for money is by far the worst. Continuous punctures, avalanche factory defects (tire, rim, handlebar problems), endless problems and zero assistance.
