★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto da starci assolutamente lontano. Non mi ha ridato la caparra, entrava in stanza quando io non c'ero senza permesso, nessun rispetto per me o altri che vivevano qui nel mio stesso periodo. Si vede che vuole persone qui dentro solo per ricevere soldi senza dare il minimo rispetto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place in Catania can make the difference if you are looking for a stay characterized by erasmus flatmates, strategic location and the courtesy of the landlord. The flat is located in Via Plebiscito near Ursino Castle. It overlooks Catania + an amazing view of Etna. The room has basic furnitures, but it is a Great Choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently spent a few weeks in Eugenio’s apartment in Catania. It was a fantastic experience for me and I would highly recommend his rooms.
From the moment I made contact with Eugenio, he went to great trouble to explain everything clearly to me. The rental process was very smooth and handled online, the contract was very professional and he answered my numerous questions patiently.
On arriving at the property and meeting Eugenio, not only was I very happy with my accommodation, which was spacious, extremely clean and with amazing views over the city, but also Eugenio himself was a great host. He introduced me to the other residents and it is obvious that he is very adept at ‘creating community’, not just letting a room. It’s ideal if, like me, you like to stay somewhere where you can get to meet other people and not just be stuck in your room alone.
The accommodation is very central and it’s easy to walk to the historical centre, with its many bars, restaurants and nightlife. It felt like a safe area in which to stay, and the apartment is peaceful and quiet, which means you can work or study if you need to, if you’re not too distracted by the charms of Catania outside the front door.
I would highly recommend Eugenio's rooms, which combine excellent accommodation with a warm and friendly host. I would willingly go back for another 6 months!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in this place thanks to word-of-mouth and I spent 6 months in good company with other erasmus student. The flat is bright, wide and well located close to the historical center. Neighbors are sometimes noisy. The owner Eugenio is helpful and always present for every request. I'd like to come here again this summer :)
