Hanno saputo gestire e risolvere i problemi dovuti a burocrazia ed altro in maniera esemplare. Eccellente staff, organizzazione eccellente e capillare, mancava un certificato ed in tempo reale il team lo ha richiesto e consegnato al Notaio mentre effettuavamo il rogito. Per concludere mi ha colpito incredibilmente la professionalità, l’umiltà e la cortesia infinita. Grazie, Grazie ….Grazie.
Dico ciò in quanto ho avuto modo di poter confrontare l’Agenzia di Milano (non Tecnocasa) che mi ha seguito per acquistare casa al nord. I wanted to publicly praise the Tecnocasa Rapisardi Agency of Catania, which helped me sell a house (in a short time), despite living in Milan. They have been able to manage and solve problems due to bureaucracy and more in an exemplary way. Excellent staff, excellent and widespread organization, a certificate was missing and in real time the team requested it and delivered it to the Notary while we were carrying out the deed. To conclude, I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism, humility and infinite courtesy. Thanks thanks thanks.
