★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima agenzia che fonda il suo lavoro solo sul proprio profitto, disconoscendo il fattore umano. Per loro il cliente è solo fonte di guadagno. Sconsiglio a tutti di firmare contratti dentro le loro agenzie perché si perde il diritto di ripensamento. Piuttosto firmatelo in strada. E poi vi obbligano a firmare l'esclusiva, quando invece lo stesso contratto prevede anche il contrario. Il mio ripensamento a 10gg dalla firma mi è costato 1500,00. Mai più trattative con Remax.

Non credo che le dispiace perché in sede di firma verbalmente mi è stato imposto che lavorate solo in esclusiva e non come scritto nel contratto. Inoltre non sono io che vi ho cercato ma voi per fare questo accordo che nonostante l'abbia firmato non ero d'accordo sulla valutazione dell'immobile (svalutato di tanto), e infatti il ripensamento è stato immediato. Colpa mia che ho accolto in casa persone come voi.

I do not recommend everyone to sign contracts within their agencies because you lose the right to second thoughts. Rather sign it on the street. And then they oblige you to sign the exclusivity, when the same contract also provides the opposite. My rethinking 10 days after signing cost me 1500.00. No more negotiations with Remax.

I do not think you are sorry because when signing verbally I was required to work only exclusively and not as written in the contract. Furthermore, it is not I who have looked for you but you to make this agreement that despite having signed it I did not agree on the valuation of the property (devalued a lot), and in fact the afterthought was immediate. My fault that I have welcomed people like you into the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrea e’ stato un bravissimo agente immobiliare con me. Ha venduto il mio appartamento in 1 settimana e per un prezzo fantastico. Dal primo giorno quando ho contattato Andrea fino alla fine del contratto sono stata seguita benissimo. Non vivo in Italia ed era importantissimo per me avere una persona fidata e veloce nel rispondermi e nell’informarmi. Andrea e’ stato professionale e sapeva tutto quello che era necessario per me per completare la vendita anche se non vivo in Italia. Non ho mai incontrato di persona Andrea perché non vivo in Italia ma lui mi ha trattato benissimo e aiutato anche se vivendo in Australia c’è una differenza di orario. Andrea lavora anche dopo le ore stabilite di lavoro e durante il weekend. Gli sarò sempre grata per l’aiuto che ha dato alla nostra famiglia e auguro al suo team il meglio. Spero che il mio commento possa aiutare altre famiglie a scegliere Andrea e il suo team ivana
Andrea was a very good real estate agent with me. He sold my apartment in 1 week and for a fantastic price. From the first day when I contacted Andrea until the end of the contract I was looked after very well. I don't live in Italy and it was very important for me to have a trusted person who was quick to answer and inform me. Andrea was professional and knew everything that was necessary for me to complete the sale even though I don't live in Italy. I have never met Andrea in person because I don't live in Italy but he treated me very well and helped me even though there is a time difference living in Australia. Andrea also works after the established working hours and during the weekend. I will always be grateful to him for the help he has given our family and I wish his team the best.
