 I called a Saturday at 10 to make an X-ray ... appointment at 11 ... Friendly and close to the 'need of the person. I was pleasantly impressed. Highly recommended.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non andate all'orario che avete prenotato online perchè dovete comunque fare la fila. Ho prenotato un appuntamento per le analisi del sangue e delle urine tramite la piattaforma Zerocode della Regione Toscana. Stamattina mi sono recata lì e mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto comunque prendere un numerino e fare la fila. Pur avendo già l'appuntamento, con foglio stampato della prenotazione. Hanno detto che è una cosa gestita dalla asl e non da loro e quindi non mi hanno fatto passare per fare le analisi secondo loro ci doveva essere un'infermiera mandata dalla asl a seguire queste prenotazioni. ho chiesto delucidazioni per come fare e mi hanno consigliato di fare la fila o di ritornare e presentarmi all'apertura perchè hanno meno gente rispetto alle 9. Me ne sono andata perchè dopo dovevo entrare a lavoro e non potevo aspettare. Se offrono un servizio non possono rifiutarsi, altrimenti perchè aderire?
Do not go at the time you booked online because you still have to queue. I booked an appointment for blood and urine tests through the Zerocode platform of the Tuscany Region. This morning I went there and they told me that I would still have to take a number and queue. Even if you already have an appointment, with a printed sheet of the reservation. They said that it is something managed by the ASL and not by them and therefore they did not let me go to do the analyzes according to them there had to be a nurse sent by the ASL to follow these reservations. I asked for explanations on how to do it and they advised me to queue or to come back and present myself at the opening because they have fewer people than at 9. I left because after I had to go to work and I could not wait. If they offer a service they cannot refuse, otherwise why join?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno fatto aspettare 1 ora e mezzo con il bambino in braccio nonostante avessi l appuntamento con Zero Code. Senza spiegazione per il ritardo,una vergogna. Sono venuta via senza prelievo e senza scuse.
Non ci mettete piede
They made me wait 1 hour and a half with the baby in my arms despite having the appointment with Zero Code. Without explanation for the delay, a shame. I came away with no withdrawal and no excuses.
