★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accesso per eseguire il tampone, appena arrivati il caos: coda per le persone senza prenotazione ma anche per quelli con la prenotazione, con una sola persona in reception a tentare di gestire tutto. Visto il costo del servizio, la gestione è decisamente da migliorare, mentre un grandissimo plauso va allo staff, che con pazienza e gentilezza riesce ad arginare la situazione.

E adibire qualche personale in più. Abbiamo aspetto dalle 10.15 alle 12.00 per un app delle 10.40. E per fortuna oggi si era liberi.
