★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto delusa,dopo molti anni che mi sono trovata benissimo mi hanno deluso...mi hanno cambiato il contratto senza che io sappia da un offerta che avevo a un costo fisso mi hanno passato ad un offerta con prezzi variabile un offerta valida fino a 2040.Ho chiamato il servizio clienti è si sono scusati per per l'inconveniente ma che l'offerta che avevo non è più disponibile...ma dovevo essere avvisata no?e non hanno altre offerte disponibili per me come l'avevo io.. ci sono solo per i nuovi clienti..maa...Chido di poter avere tramite email le offerte disponibili neanche oggi non ho ricevuto nulla
Very disappointed, after many years that I had a great time they disappointed me ... they changed my contract without my knowing from an offer I had at a fixed cost they passed me to an offer with variable prices an offer valid up to 2040 .I called customer service and they apologized for the inconvenience but that the offer I had is no longer available ... but I had to be advised right? And they don't have any other offers available for me like I did .. there are only for new customers .. but ... I ask to have the offers available via email even today I have not received anything
