Ho dovuto affidarmi a qualcun'altro . Più personale sarebbe sicuramente necessario Great choice of materials for the house, construction and plumbing of good quality, too bad that the last two times I went to the showroom there was no one to help me and I left. I had to rely on someone else. More staff would certainly be needed

Luigi che vi risolverà qualsiasi problema con cortesia e professionalità. Prezzi ottimi. Consigliato al 100%. This historic building materials shop is well stocked with every good thing. The staff is highly trained and friendly, a special mention to Mr. Luigi who will solve any problem with courtesy and professionalism. Great prices. 100% recommended.

Well-stocked structure, exceptional opening hours, they are always available (even at lunchtime). The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable
G	Giorgia Di Cesare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata nello SHOWROOM (che in quanto tale, dovrebbe dare la possibilità ai clienti di entrare..vedere..e poter essere assistiti) trovandomi nei pressi ed avendo necessità di vedere delle porte per interni nel poco tempo a disposizione che avevo. Mi guardo intorno per svariati minuti nella speranza che qualcuno mi chieda se avessi bisogno di qualcosa ma nulla.. "Disturbo" una signora nel suo ufficio sperando che possa aiutarmi un attimo, ma no... assolutamente se ne occupa un collega, impegnato in quel momento, e che avrei dovuto contattare per avere un successivo APPUNTAMENTO. Mio dio...per chiedere una informazione e vedere i modelli esposti..un appuntamento?? (E certamente non per il COVID visti gli spazi enormi e la scarsissima presenza di altri clienti). A prescindere ritengo che nessuno debba essere accolto così, che sia interessato ad acquistare o meno...ma in questo caso specifico l'aggravante è che ho speso in quest'azienda svariate, anzi svariatissime, decine di migliaia di euro per casa mia, e avevo tutta l'intenzione di acquistare di nuovo. Che peccato. Forse più per voi. I went to the SHOWROOM (which as such should give customers the opportunity to enter..see..and be assisted) finding myself nearby and needing to see interior doors in the short time available I had. I look around for several minutes in the hope that someone will ask me if I need something but nothing .. "I disturb" a lady in her office hoping that she can help me for a moment, but no ... absolutely a colleague, engaged in that moment, and that I should have contacted to have a subsequent APPOINTMENT. My god ... to ask for information and see the models on display .. an appointment? (And certainly not for COVID given the huge spaces and the very scarce presence of other customers). Regardless, I believe that no one should be welcomed like this, whether they are interested in buying or not ... but in this specific case the aggravating circumstance is that I have spent several, indeed very varied, tens of thousands of euros for my house in this company, and I had every intention of buying again. What a pity. Maybe more for you.
