Nonostante la mia permanenza di oltre mezz'ora non sono stato avvicinato da alcun commesso. Non ci metterò più piede. Sconsigliato Aggiornamento a maggio 2020 dopo lockdown sono passato per caso a vedere del materiale, confermo il disordine e la trascuratezza, inoltre ho visto i venditori senza mascherine.. da evitare assolutamente I entered the showroom and found it messy and neglected. Dopo due mesi, mi chiamano per il saldo ed il ritiro del materiale che immediatamente ho riscontrato che non era quello ordinato e che non sarebbero riusciti a consegnarci la merce...una gran perdita di tempo. Come se non bastasse per ricevere l'acconto versato, email, telefonate, visite in azienda e mille procedere senza ricevere nemmeno una scusa. Da evitare! Ho trovato un ambiente molto disorganizzato e assistenza post-vendita NULLA. Ho segnalato delle problematiche avute sul pavimento acquistato ma nonostante diversi solleciti non si sono più fatti sentire. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE!!!!!! E' inutile rispondere ai clienti dicendo di scrivere NUOVAMENTE una email al servizio clienti, basta semplicemente rispondere a quelle già inviate!!! If I could I would put ZERO stars. They have a huge assortment, a nice big shop but ZERO customer care. I found a very disorganized environment and NOTHING after sales support. I reported some problems with the purchased floor but despite several reminders they no longer made themselves heard. ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID !!!!!! It is useless to reply to customers by saying to write an email again to customer service, just reply to those already sent !!!
