★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos pasado los días de Semana Santa en este B&B de Roma y ha sido espectacular. Está situado a dos pasos de la estación de autobuses Termini. Está totalmente reformado y con una decoración atractiva. La dueña, Francesca, es muy atenta y detallista.

 We have spent the days of Easter in this B&B in Rome and it has been spectacular. It is located two steps from the Termini bus station. It is completely renovated and with an attractive decoration. The owner, Francesca, is very attentive and detailed.
Thanks for everything! We hope to return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limpio, agradable,bien cuidado. El desayuno es dulce y más que suficiente teniendo siempre croissant del día y otra bollería que va variando cada pocos días. Café de maquina o cafetera y tés.ademas una botellita de zumo que rellenan diariamente.
Minineveras en la cocina para cada una de las cuatro habitaciones.
Limpieza diaria.
El edificio es antiguo así como el ascensor (como en tantas otras grandes ciudades de España en sus barrios más cosmopolitas y menos glamurosos)
Todo genial por tanto.
La única pega el ruido del barrio y su situación, pues no es el mejor barrio de Roma, obviamente.
Por lo demás, muy recomendable
Clean, nice, well taken care of. The breakfast is sweet and more than enough having always croissant of the day and another pastry that varies every few days. Coffee machine or coffee and tea. You have a small bottle of juice that you fill in daily.
Minifridges in the kitchen for each of the four rooms.
Daily cleaning.
The building is old as well as the elevator (as in so many other great cities of Spain in its more cosmopolitan and less glamorous neighborhoods)
All great therefore.
The only problem is the noise of the neighborhood and its situation, it is not the best neighborhood in Rome, obviously.
Otherwise, highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a settembre e devo dire che è uno dei migliori B&B che ho visto.
Pulito, moderno, Francesca ottima 'padrona di casa'. Colazione fai da te in una saletta adibita a farlo, dove c'è tutto! Vicinissima alla stazione Termini quindi consigliatissimo!
I stayed at this property in September and I must say that it is one of the best B & Bs I've seen.
Clean, modern, Francesca excellent 'hostess'. DIY breakfast in a small room used to do it, where everything is! Very close to Termini station so highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo soggiorno, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Roma Termini e alla metro. Francesca, la host, è molto simpatica e disponibile e ci ha spiegato tutto appena arrivati. Le camere sono ben arredate e sempre pulite, anche ben insonorizzate. Colazione buonissima.
Great stay, near the Roma Termini train station and the metro. Francesca, the host, is very nice and helpful and explained everything as soon as she arrived. The rooms are well furnished and always clean, even well soundproofed. Very good breakfast.

Francesca perfetta padrona di casa, accogliente e disponibile. Camera pulitissima e silenziosa, colazione gustosa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - The rooms are very noisy. You'll hear everything from the street (cars, trams, busses). If you're a light sleeper, bring good earplugs!
- Our room was clean, quite spacious and seemed to be recently renovated. It's not exactly cozy but functional and stylish.
- The B&B is well situated. You can easily walk to the main sights.
- The breakfast is not extensive but typically Italian: Croissants, coffee, cake and white bread with jam. You'll also be preparing your own breakfast with the mentioned things provided for you there.
