★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + big room and very nice host. Close to metro. - found hair in bed. Very poor quality pillow and mattress. Shower ceiling peeling and broken tile on the floor. Overall a Poorly maintained place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host was very friendly and kind!.The metro station was very close,only 2 minutes on foot. The room was ok just like we saw in the picture. However the lift was kind of scary and we didn't like the location-neighbourhood of the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and everything you need in the spacious room: TV, tea, hot water, AC, etc. 5th floor with the cute smallest elevator ever seen. No balcony in the room but nice view through window. Basic breakfast with shared refigerator gives you the feeling of a combination of an youth hostel where you can make new friends and the intimicy of a private room. We loved this location even if we paid a lot but if you can find a good rate it is a great choice in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location in terms of transportation, as it's next to a metro line and a few minutes walk from the Colosseum. Room looked magnificent, grand, clean and probably one of the best nights sleep I have had whilst on holiday. Only negatives I can give are very minor, it's on the 5th floor and the elevator is very small and it's not in the best part of town, but once you go inside, it's like a new location. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves. I canceled my reservation well in time and they still charged my card (over 130€!), claiming they didn't receive my cancellation mail. Now all I get are insults in bad English, if I get any reply at all. Mostly, my mails are just getting ignored. Had to file a dispute with my luckily very helpful bank, they will get my money back for me now as Girasole Guesthouse plain refuses to admit their mistake.
Not the kind of people you want to deal with, especially during your holiday, stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most beautiful B&B I’ve ever stayed! The rooms are perfectly clean and beautiful with much room to put your stuff in and massive double beds! Best sleep I had in ages!!! People are very polite and house keeping was very discreet on cleaning and tidying the room everyday!!! One big bonus was the location also because the metro going towards all the attractions is literally 2 minutes away! Thank you everyone for making our time in Rome so special!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The neighborhood is dangerous, there where homeless people in the door way and also a men try to steal from us. The pictures don’t reflect the reality of the place, there are lots of grafiti and bad lighting.
We went there during Covid times and the owner didn’t wore a mask.
If you are a girl I don’t recommend you to stay in here, the place doesn’t seems safe.
