Sí, es caro y es dificil comunicarse en español.
Ojo, que no es la tipica en que metes la moneda y te quedas esperando a que la máquina haga su trabajo...... si no que, entregas tu ropa y la debes ir a buscar en el plazo que ellos te indiquen. 9Es la segunda e Italia en que me pasa lo mismo..... quizás aquí es así.
De todos modos, es la opción en el sector y tuve buena experiencia.

I took two medium sized duffle bags with dirty clothes an hour and a half before closing and the owner was kind enough to wash, dry, and fold my clothes before they closed. And it was only €10 euros. I mean, what a deal! He also provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend any time-crunched travelers to visit this place for your wash.
