Già dopo pochi giorni sui bordi si é rovinato. Mediocre service, at least for what concerns the semi-permanent use of nails. Too thick enamel application, I was not satisfied. After just a few days on the edges it was ruined.

Ho chiamato prenotando ceretta e manicure e avevano “solo” 90minuti liberi quindi siamo rimaste d’accordo che avremmo fatto ciò che era più “urgente” il giorno dell’appuntamento. Vengo accolta 10 minuti dopo l’orario di appuntamento e dico che avrei voluto fare la manicure e mi viene detto che si erano preparati per la ceretta ma che si impegnano a soddisfare la mia richiesta. Mi viene fatta manicure dicendomi che non ci sarebbe stato tempo per ceretta perché avevamo solo un’ ora (quando ho prenotato per 90 minuti) e io faccio presente che pensavo avessi prenotato un’ora e mezza? Alla fine riesco a fare anche una parziale ceretta. Faccio per pagare e non accettano carta quindi devo scendere a prelevare contanti. Mi reco poi in un altro salone per fare la ceretta rimanente - in mezz’ora fatto tutto e qualità ottima. Il giorno dopo lo smalto semi permanente applicato sulle unghie (che dovrebbe durare 2 settimane) si sfalda completamente su metà delle unghie, cosa mai successa prima!! E passo le feste di Natale con metà unghie colorate e metà no. Scrivo immediatamente una mail mandando foto dell’accaduto e chiedendo quando posso tornare a rimediare dopo Natale ed ancora non ho ricevuto risposta 13 giorni dopo!! Ovviamente sono dovuta andare in un altro salone (il terzo nel giro di pochi giorni) a sistemare le unghie... Unfortunately bad experience for me. I called, booking waxing and manicures and they had "only" 90 minutes free so we agreed that we would do what was "most urgent" on the day of the appointment. I am welcomed 10 minutes after the appointment time and I say that I would have liked to do the manicure and I am told that they had prepared for the waxing but that they undertake to satisfy my request. I was done manicure telling me that there would be no time for waxing because we only had one hour (when I booked for 90 minutes) and do I mention that I thought I had booked an hour and a half? In the end I can also do a partial waxing. I start to pay and they don't accept card so I have to go down to withdraw cash. I then go to another salon to do the remaining waxing - in half an hour I did everything and excellent quality. The day after the semi permanent nail polish applied on the nails (which should last 2 weeks) flakes completely on half of the nails, which has never happened before !! And I spend the Christmas holidays with half colored nails and half not. I immediately write an email by sending photos of the incident and asking when I can return to remedy after Christmas and I still have not received a response 13 days later! Obviously I had to go to another salon (the third in a few days) to fix the nails ...
