Unico salone di parrucchieri a Belluno (tra quelli che ho provato), che mi ha chiesto se volevo sfoltire i capelli. Super consigliato. Great experience. Kind and professional. Attentive to the customer's request. The only hairdressing salon in Belluno (among those I tried), which asked me if I wanted to thin my hair. Super recommended.

Tiziano il parrucchiere comincia a lavorare i miei capelli e ad un certo punto si ferma e mi dice che non può farmi la permanente perché i miei capelli sono troppo rovinati. Questa è la VERA CURA DELLA CLIENTE e dei suoi capelli. Un grande professionista che a discapito dei soldi che poteva incassare, ha preferito non danneggiare i capelli. Ed è raro trovare qualcuno che preferisce salvaguardare i capelli della cliente piuttosto che le sue entrate in cassa. Quindi ho fatto shampo, impacco, taglio e piega...mi ha dato moltissimi consigli che ho trovato davvero utili, soprattutto riguardo la piega da fare a casa da sola. Mi sono sentita davvero coccolata e cosa più importante, si sono guadagnati la mia fiducia. Sono stata al Bellessere anche per la ricostruzione unghie: anche qui una grande professionalità da parte di Olta, la ragazza che si è occupata delle mie disastrose unghie. Ha fatto un lavoro eccezionale, bellissime. Precisa, pulita e una grande simpatia e gentilezza. Non li lascerò mai più, si sono conquistati una cliente. I prezzi sono onesti, 50€ la ricostruzione unghie e 44 euro per i capelli (shampoo, impacco,taglio e piega). Inoltre il centro è molto pulito e tutto il personale è a tua disposizione con il sorriso sulle labbra. Si vede la differenza quando trovi qualcuno che ama il suo lavoro...e lo trasmette. Li adoro. Tiziano the hairdresser starts to work my hair and at a certain point he stops and tells me that he can't make me a perm because my hair is too damaged. This is REAL CUSTOMER CARE and their hair. A great professional who, at the expense of the money he could collect, preferred not to damage his hair. And it's rare to find someone who prefers to safeguard the customer's hair rather than her cash flow. So I did shampoo, pack, cut and style ... she gave me a lot of tips that I found really useful, especially regarding the blow-dry to do at home alone. I felt really pampered and most importantly, they earned my trust. I was also at the Bellessere for the nail reconstruction: also here a great professionalism from Olta, the girl who took care of my disastrous nails. She did a great job, beautiful. Precise, clean and a great sympathy and kindness. I will never leave them again, they have won a client. The prices are fair, € 50 for nails and € 44 for hair (shampoo, pack, cut and style). In addition, the center is very clean and all the staff are at your disposal with a smile on their face. You see the difference when you find someone who loves their work ... and pass it on.
