★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Sono andata per farmi togliere l’acry-gel, ma la dipendente non solo ha tolto quello ma ha anche lacerato tutte le mie unghie naturali sotto con la fresa, fino a farmi sanguinare il mignolo. (Purtroppo non riesco ad allegare foto)
Dolore assurdo sia mentre me le toglieva che ancora adesso che sono passati giorni.
Sono tornata per chiedere rimborso dopo essermi consultata con altre estetiste che mi hanno detto che ha fatto un lavoro da denuncia, date le unghie tutte ferite. Non mi hanno rimborsato niente, anzi volevano altri soldi per farmi comprare un gel ricostruente.
Questo tipo di negozi dovrebbero solo che chiudere dato che non sanno fare il proprio lavoro, o accettano lavori di cui non possiedono le competenze adatte.
Mi dispiace fare questo tipo di recensione, ma sono rimasta veramente delusa.
Bad service. I went to have the acry-gel removed, but the employee not only removed that but also tore all my natural nails underneath with the bur, until my little finger bleed. (Unfortunately I can't attach photos)
Absurd pain both while taking them off and even now that days have passed.
I went back to ask for a refund after consulting with other beauticians who told me that she did a job as a complaint, given her nails all bruised. They didn't refund me anything, on the contrary they wanted more money to make me buy a reconstructing gel.
These kinds of shops should just close since they can't do their jobs, or take jobs they don't have the right skills for.
I'm sorry to do this kind of review, but I was really disappointed.
