Bad experience dirty and uncared for local lady very rude didn't give me the requested massages (because she said she didn't have time) pressure therapy that was not on schedule (reduced hours)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo acquistato un coupon su Groupon con 5 trattamenti; ne faccio 2 e quando tento di prenotare il terzo mi sento rispondere che non ha posto e che se voglio posso chiedere il rimborso a Groupon. Le dico che posso aspettare a gennaio e l’esercente mi risponde che mi avrebbe chiamata il 07 gennaio. Non lo fa, la chiamo io e non risponde. Ne ho abbastanza, preferisco perdere 3 dei massaggi piuttosto che correre dietro a qlc che dovrebbe onorare i soldi presi garantendo un servizio, oltretutto neanche di grande qualità. Sconsigliato!
I had purchased a coupon on Groupon with 5 treatments; I do 2 and when I try to book the third I get the answer that it has no space and that if I want I can ask Groupon for a refund. I tell her that I can wait until January and the operator replies that he would call me on January 7th. She doesn't, I call her and she doesn't answer. I have had enough, I prefer to lose 3 of the massages rather than run after sth that should honor the money taken by guaranteeing a service, moreover not of great quality. Not recommended!
